The flowers were beautiful however they were advertised as same day delivery. The order was in before 1pm and as if 8 pm they had not been delivered. When I contacted FTD customer service they said they wouldn't be delivered until next day. I was very disappointed and requested the order be canceled and they I receive a refund. Not sure why the delivery still came the next day?

The arrangement was pretty looking but was much smaller than expected. The greenery was a bit dry and falling off by the next day. The flowers were dead within 3 days.

There were two other arrangements at our front desk when these arrived. The striking difference was that both had more flowers and a lot less foliage. The lilies all blasted and the three roses wilted within 24 hours, and the stems had been sloppily trimmed on all the flowers. Yes, I liked the flowers because they were from my son, but they were too full of cheap greenery. Now that I've gotten rid of all the greens and wilted flowers, I can appreciate the Alstromeria, carnations, and berries a lot more. Lastly, why were they delivered from Melrose Park instead of from Aurora?

The arrangement is, darling. I did have to replace all the white moms. The stems were cut so short they weren't getting any water, but that was an easy fix.
