I was an out of town order and I really appreciated getting the photo of the arrangement! Generally you pick something pay and hope it's decent! I was pleased with what you put together for my friend.

Plant was / is great! There was an issue with delivery but no fault on All A' Bloom. They contacted me regarding the change of delivery date and picked the plant back up, scheduled for drop-off at new address without any objection or extra cost. In doing so they've earned my respect and business from now on. Great business care and professionalism!

What seemed like an easy request ended up being an unpleasant experience. They were very inflexible on delivery times, unless I wanted to pay a $35 upcharge. No thanks, and I'll find another OP area florist to use going forward.
