I don't normally give reviews when I'm unhappy with something, but, since you asked, I was a bit disappointed with the freshness of the flowers in this arrangement. I saw it the same day it was delivered at my friend's husband's visitation, and the lilies had some browning on the petals and the roses and greenery appeared limp. Given the cost (I ordered the premium option), I would have expected the arrangement to be close to perfect. The delivery was timely and the communication regarding the order was good, however.

The flowers are gorgeous and my sister is very happy with them. Thank you for your prompt delivery. I will definitely be using you in the future for all my flower orders. Thank you again.

The staff assistance by phone was exceptional. However, it is very disappointing that the pictures shown on the website do not reflect the actual product. Two of the garden bowls online showed a peace lily, and another a dieffenbachia. Both were plants my daughter was interested in having delivered. Therefore I chose the garden bowl thinking at least one of the plants would be in the mix. Neither plant was included. I was aware that these are already premade, but the option should be available to at request a bowl that includes a specific plant in it that you're requesting.

Amazing flowers and arrangement. Florist called to make special changes that they felt would increase the look. No doubt it did and the flowers were amazing!!

I love receiving the photo of what we ordered. I do not see any succulents in this arrangement as expected.
