The flower arrangement I received was adorable! It helped brighten my day. Just to note however, one of the carnations was broken and hanging over, and one of the yellow flowers in the front was missing several peddles. Additionally my friend (Donna Beverly) who had the arrangement sent, mentioned it was supposed to have been delivered the day before on the 14th which was my actual birthday.

The flowers were terrible. So sad looking. Nothing like what i ordered. 1800 flowers gave me a refund because of how bad these were. If i could give 0 stars, i would.

I've had 1800 Flowers mess up my wife's birthday based on the purveyor chosen previously. This time they hit it out of the park 100%. This went a long way in restoring my faith in them. It's not about promises, website bells and whistles or commercials but experiences. I will tell my friends and family about this.

The arrangement was beautiful, but there were four mini tulips in it that started dropping petals by the first day. It was obvious when they were delivered, and the tulips were almost dead.
