Lovely and staying fresh

The arrangement is beautiful. However, there was no sender's name on the card and it took some time to learn who it was. Also, the arrangement was left at the reception desk at the Center, not with me at my apartment. I live at a retirement community and employees cannot be delivering all Amazon, UPS, and other deliveries, including this one. With water and possibly some preservative in the glass vase that I didn't want to empty out, it was quite challenging for me to bring back the arrangement to my apartment, especially when I don't walk well.

Flowers were beautiful, however, they did not come on a box nor was there any flower powder for longevity.

My sister in Kansas ordered this for me. It arrived in fine shape.

Beautiful arrangement. The 2nd attempt to deliver, he left on the porch. Glad I was here this time. I truly think a couple froze. They didn't last long. Your shop was a Long way away from our home

I got the flowers- thank you! Very fresh and great delivery. I have one suggestion though- the arrangement was not the best - there was bald/ empty spots in the bouquet- maybe if you use a smaller vase you can solve this problem🙂

They were beautiful.

The arrangement was beautiful. There were a couple broken buds I had to remove. Arrived timely.

The flowers were very beautiful love the arrangement. I was just a little disappointed because the little Christmas lights don't light. My son and I messed with them and I guess the batteries are dead in them or something, but we can't get them to work so that was just a little disappointing.

They only delivered one of three ordered but when I called, they couldn't have been nicer. In fact they sent the entire order and flowers were fresher. First order, a sunflower was shot. Second order a rose snapped off but could have been our handling. I am very pleased with the second delivery and in general the delivery was timely and put on covered porch. Perfect delivery.

There was a slight mix up, but thank you for quickly correcting it!

The flowers are beautiful. Unfortunately they were delivered in an unprotected vase in the middle of a large porch on a blustery day. The wind blew them over and a few flowers were crushed and the water spilled out. Luckily the vase didn't break. Perhaps it would have been wiser to put them in a box or place closer to the house out of the wind.

Love the flowers but not the outrageously expensive delivery fee of 20.00
