The roses were fresh and beautiful, but was not delivered until a day later. I had to contact customer service.

I wasn't home and they were left on my porch in the August heat. My neighbors noticed and brought them inside their home . Possibly the delivery person could have asked my neighbors (10 feet away) if they could hold them until I got home.

Very pretty arrangement and most of the flowers were super fresh. However, the white stock (Matthiola) started dropping blooms the next day and has continued to do so, even with daily water changes.

The wife loved the flowers, however, I was not aware that the delivery driver was unable to deliver on base and I had to meet them at the visitor center.

The two tone orange and peach colored roses were a great combination. Did not see the packet you described to add to the vase?

The flowers were fresh and delivered as promised. They also changed the delivery date easily. The only downfall was there were a lot of daisies and carnations and the arrangement did not look as pictured

The coloring of the bouquet was not as advertised and I did think it was put together well. Lots of carnations and daisies, but the flowers were fresh. Also like that a picture was sent to me the sender.

First bouquet came with no water in the vase, and a dead gerbera daisy and almost dead rose. They made it right by sending another bouquet.

The bouquet is beautiful, but there were no lilies as I expected.

The flowers were beautifully healthy and a pleasant surprise. Not ringing doorbell hindered the 5 star rating. I was not aware of this delivery until I left home at 11:30a. Notification is vital in the world of porch pirates and the flowers were visible for anyone the take. Just like received a text to complete this survey, implement sending a text upon delivery. I am hopeful 5 rates are in your horizon... keep striving 🙂
