The flowers were appreciated by the recipient. They don't look as fresh as I expected.

Flowers arrived on time and the floral presentation looked as described online. However some of the greenery and a few of the while flowers were already starting to wilt and some of the white flowers had brownish wilting tinge along the edge of petals. Was able to clean it up so looked nice for the memorial service but expected better quality since I have used this selection other times with no issues

Well I would love to give a great review because the flowers are beautiful BUT they arrived a day late and I was out of town the day they arrived and they were supposed to come w balloons. There were no balloons. My daughter in law and son that sent them were so disappointed that they could not surprise me on my bday!! They send flowers every year and I always have received them on time. They heard great things about this flower place and tried it and it turned out not so good on the delivery end and the complete order end.

Beautiful arrangement and love the sunny yellow theme. Vase was unique. I was disappointed that the rose buds never opened and the little white flowers wilted and dropped the next day.

They were cute the first day but started dying the second day

Beautiful flowers but I paid extra to get them delivered same day and it took 4 days.

Beautiful but didn't last long at all. Roses never opened and were wilted in a few days. Lots of greenery.

Unfortunately, my roses died the very first day. I tossed them out this morning when changing the water. The other flowers are doing just fine.

The flowers were very pretty but were set right against the front door in bright sun light. Most got cooked. The remaining flowers only lasted a few days.

They were very dry, I tried to snip the bottom, they only lasted 2 days. 😐

Flowers were not fresh and did not arrangement

Usually there are an odd number of focus flowers in an arrangement. Only 2 sunflowers which made the arrangement look skimpy.

The flowers are fresh and beautiful. Now going into full bloom. However, the delivery was appalling. They were to be delivered on Mother's Day and were never delivered despite message that said, first, delivery was attempted, and then second, were delivered the next day. All false. Never attempted because my intercom was never called. My son, the customer, finally had to step in and force delivery. Too bad.

The flowers was starting to dry out!

None of the Lillie's were open and I'm not sure it was worth $186.

I loved the flowers, very beautiful! There was suppose to be 6 balloons with the delivery, but I never received them. I would've love to received the 6 balloons for my birthday, along with the beautiful flowers.

Delivery person was great and flowers looked lovely, but unfortunately they began wilt or die within first 24 hours. Directions were followed for care, but 60% of the flowers were badly wilted and removed from base within 48 hours.

My mom ordered a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. She is blind and requested to be called once the flowers arrived and for the bouquet not to be left in front of the door, but unfortunately she did not receive a call and the flowers were left outside. The “happy birthday” balloon was also missing. Overall, we love the flowers, but wish that the delivery were different.

My boyfriend was upset because he specifically ordered sunflowers bc they are my favorite; instead I got daisies and yellow roses. I think they are lovely but he was none too happy.

The roses were a beautiful color. I am disappointed with the arrangement. I understand it was Valentines day and you were probably overwhelmed with orders. However, the shortest stems were in the middle and the baby's breath placed outside of the roses clouded the overall effect. These flowers did not seem arranged as much as shoved into the vase.

The first arrangement of flowers received Valentine's Day appeared to be put together quickly and rushed without giving much thought to the arrangement. I was also told by my son the flowers in the arrangement were not what he order. The replacement flowers delivered the next day, 2/15, were an improvement;, you should know the flower were a improvement but some of the flowers were wilted and appeared to be over exposed to the cold. 😔

The flower could been a little more fully with more lives green plants
