NO, This arrangement looks nothing like the one ordered on line advertised by Teleflora. The arrangement ordered contained no greenery and at least a dozen white roses and gold balls

I wish l could rate this no stars. I received an nemail that the flowers couldn't be delivered around 9 am . Around 2:33, I received an email, that the flowers were delivered. I checked with the receiepent and he verified that he did not receive the flowers. His ring camera captures the delivery person, taking the flowers with them. I would like to know where the flowers were delivered to. Thanks for ruining my boyfriend's birthday surprise.

So much smaller than the description suggested. Definitely not worth the overly expensive price. Will be sure to no longer 1-800-flowers. Truly couldn't be more disappointed.

The flowers were a corporate gift from my company to clients. The sender greeting was not from my company and had a stranger's name. The flowers did not match the description or picture in the Harry and David catalog and were a very poor substitute and finally there was no answer when we called in attempt to fix the order.

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The team member had to call me to see if I could come to the gate as we live on base. He said it would work better for him because he had a lot of runs. With this being a birthday gift, and this being his job, I do not believe I should have to make accommodations as this is a part of his job. He texts and calls me multiple times impatiently after I told him I was on the way (it took me 7 minutes). He handed me the arrangement and the arrangement is loose, there's no box or wrapping over it. It was on a flimsy cakestand and the green stuff was shedding everywhere in my car. I believe the team member could have taken the time to deliver the gift properly and not in his convenience and the green base of the florals were loose, making a mess in my car- it could've been in a nice box or wrapping.

Look at the big hole in the middle where there should be flowers. This arrangement looks nothing like the picture that was shown. Too much greenery and there were supposed to be some other flowers other than 5 roses and 4 carnations. Do not recommend at all

The flower arrangement was nice but I was not notified that a delivery was made and the arrangement sat outside in the cold and wind for two days. If you had my number to request a review you had my number to notify me of the order

The flowers that you are asking me to rate were for the death of a loved one. You are showing no sense of decency at all by asking me to rate these flowers for this occasion. You need to get some better marketing people.

I specifically picked a fall floral arrangement that was advertised, and this looks nothing like it. This is very generic and looks like all the others! Very disappointed, especially for the price paid!!

Disappointed with my order… I upgraded to a deluxe bouquet that should have had 2 types of roses and two other types of flower pink flowers and 2 different foliage. I have a picture to compare if you'd like

I am dissapointed with the flowers. My husband selected and paid for the largest version of the flower arrangement but it appears I received the smallest version of the arrangement. Roses were fully bloomed already also.

Many of the flowers went dry and shrunken in two days. The water was full and cloudy upon delivery. The company that sent the flowers to me will be embarrassed when I tell them.

Not a florist! Immediately upon receiving bouquet, all three big yellow chrysanthemums were dropping A Lot of petals. Lower leaves not trimmed from any of the flower or fern stems. Leaves submerged in water will quickly rot and make water toxic. Two days after delivery water has already turned dirty brown and leaves are rotting. I had to clean the vase to remove debris and gross water. I had to clip lower leaves and bottoms of flower stems; they've already started to rot. There isn't even a ribbon around the vase. Anyone's able to stuff flowers into a vase. This company shouldn't call themselves a “florist “.

My parents ordered a completely different and much bigger arrangement with a box of chocolates that I never got. I hope they were refunded. How embarrassing. The flowers i did get was fresh and arranged nicely. That's why I gave one star.

There were only 10 flowers in the vase. And when my sister called to let them know that we paid for a dozen the person was very rude to her. This was for our mom's 88th birthday. How will we be refunded?

Never using 1800 flowers again. Delivery Never made same day, yet I received and email that flowers were delivered. Recipient confirmed that flowers were not delivered, had to contact customer care. And uh, requested a refund in which initially was told that the flowers could be refunded. But not the delivery fee, when I said that I would dispute the charge with my bank. I was told that I will receive a full refund which I did not Luckily, the flowers were delivered the next day to the recipient's address. But to receive so many fake delivery confirmations through email and not receive my refund as I requested. It's just poor service.

When the flowers arrived, they looked a little sick. They died the next day.
