Not as shown when ordering, should be light color peach roses , 5 in order photo but only received 3 roses, not very full could have put more greenery or more flowers

Some of the flowers on the bottom were dead and just hung there . One side look nice , the other side was not

These flowers were not what I ordered and were droopy and more greenery than flowers. Very disappointed!

Sent a “get well soon” ballon instead of “happy birthday” Customer service could not be reached yet they are sending daily messages asking for a review. 0/5 will never use again and will tell others how bad this experience was

I was very disappointed with this arrangement. The main reason I selected this one was because of all the roses. There was not one rose!!!! It was all guardinea. So disappointing!!!!

It look nothing like the flowers I selected.

I did not like the flowers at all. It was not an "extra large" bouquet, the coloring was poor and the flowers did not look very healthy. The bow I paid extra for was not even tied in a bow

The arrangement that was delivered was not the one that I ordered. My order was an arrangement of orange and white flowers. The ones that were delivered were red and white with Christmas picks. Additionally, the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement and it looked like a kid put it together. I was extremely disappointed!!

Wrong flower arrangements were delivered, some of the flowers were dead.

My mother asked for a dozen yellow roses and was told they didn't have them . This was what they did instead . The three roses they did include were old and beginning to wilt . I'm sorry my mother had to pay for this.

This is not what was ordered. A large size was ordered but I received the small size. I reordered it and again I received the small size. This is not what I paid for and was expecting.

Bought extra large this was pretty small

Bouquet didn't even remotely ressemble what was requested. Same with the card, which was on printer paper and missing half of the text! Have integrity to reach out and coordinate alternate options instead of sending whatever that was, embarrassing!

I ordered these for Diana Very disappointed on the arrangement Lopsided in basket and the roses aren't fresh Looks like it sat in the refrigerator waiting to be delivered.

Not what was ordered and you sent a “thinking of you balloon” for someone's birthday flowers. Terrible!

Order was not delivered on time. I received it on Sunday. Flowers were dead by Tuesday. I received numerous other arrangements during the same time. They are still alive and looking good. Yours were a huge fail.

It was not at all what I had ordered. It should have been much larger and included more roses and more stems in general.

I'm not sure why I have received 2 demands to rate flowers I never received. Baltimore Flowers claims 1-800 Flowers cancelled this order before it was supposed to be sent out with no explanation. My daughter, who tried to order these for my birthday, is currently disputing the charge. I do not recommend wither 1-800 Flowers or Baltimore Flowers as the first will rip you off and the second will keep pestering you over goods never received. Don't waste your money.

Awful flower arrangement. Who uses fake flowers in a fresh arrangement? Some died the first day and by the second day it was ready for the trash.

My flowers look like they were left over and shoved in a vase.

Would suggest, in the future, you call recipient to confirm current address. Flowers were delivered to my home that I moved from 4 plus years ago. Consequently, I did not receive the flowers. New home owner text they would deliver to my current home, but have not yet done-most inconvenient for person who received my bouquet, as not their job to bring to me. Please verify recipients' addresses in the future.

Turned brown within 2 days

The arrangement itself would have been beautiful if all the flowers were bloomed or halfway… some of the flowers were dead and lasted a day… my whole arrangement was dead in less then 24 hours … and from what I understand to what was SUPPOSED to be in it … they were missing

Flowers were delivered dying. It was VERY disappointing! If I ever am sent flowers from your company I hope that are not dying. Look at your a picture you sent to me!

My partner had a horrible time getting these flowers to be delivered for what he paid for they changed the ballons and flowers. They had to deliver me another one and still send the same mistake order. It was a horrible experience
