I don't know, I have yet to receive them, they were suppose to be delivered in the 31st, and here it is the 2nd of Feb, I am so very dissatisfied with the delivery

Unfortunately the flowers were dead within 15 minutes of bringing them into the house. Maybe next time, during this type of cold, call when you are at the house and let the person come to the door to hand deliver them.

Hello, I am very disappointed with my recent order. The flowers I ordered are completely different from what I received. The arrangement delivered does not match the photo or description shown when I placed the order. How can I send you the one I ordered so You can compare. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. Despite receiving a notification from Teleflora that the flowers had been delivered, they didn't actually arrive until three hours later—after 10:00 PM. Instead of ringing the doorbell at the front door, the driver left them at my detached garage in the cold. I found them 20 minutes later. By the next morning, the flowers were already half-dead. The combination of poor communication, late delivery, and low quality is unacceptable.

Well to be totally honest I should have not been able to call you guys back due to the first flowers that was sent out was dead… and what I mean by that is that whom ever made the 1st floral arrangements knew better! They knew it was supposed to be fresh cut flowers , not something that they knew were supposed to be tossed out! They were dry, limp, and falling down, the roses were dry as well and wilted! I was very very very disappointed! Due to these were given to me for a list of a loved one….now after I contacted the number the new floral arrangements came the next day fresh like they should've been previously But I personally would not recommend your company for fresh flowers due to these lack of inconsideration from the first (1st) floral arrangements Thanks but no thanks

I was expecting a large beautiful bouquet as that's what was advertised, what I received isn't worth what I paid for. I'm extremely disappointed in this service and won't be using this company again, nor will I suggest anyone else waste their time and money making a purchase. The flowers were almost 80$ only for the actual delivery to look worse than 20$ grocery store flowers.

Disappointed! Fresh flower arrangement left open, on ground, outside front door in the rain that occurred all day. Flowers were soaked, several roses and hydrangea were brown at edges, several were laying out of the vase. We were home all day and did not get a call nor knock on the door!

Clearly, the flowers delivered to me were old. The entire arrangement was dead less than 48 hours after delivery. I called Baltimore Flower (since they keep sending me texts, asking for a review) who offered to send a replacement…the flowers never came. By comparison, I bought a bunch of flowers from Costco and replaced the dead flowers…the arrangement is still alive 11 days later.

I've ordered from From You Flowers for years. Noticed the arrangements getting smaller and smaller. This last one was incredibly disappointing. Will try other sites next time.

NO, This arrangement looks nothing like the one ordered on line advertised by Teleflora. The arrangement ordered contained no greenery and at least a dozen white roses and gold balls

I wish l could rate this no stars. I received an nemail that the flowers couldn't be delivered around 9 am . Around 2:33, I received an email, that the flowers were delivered. I checked with the receiepent and he verified that he did not receive the flowers. His ring camera captures the delivery person, taking the flowers with them. I would like to know where the flowers were delivered to. Thanks for ruining my boyfriend's birthday surprise.

So much smaller than the description suggested. Definitely not worth the overly expensive price. Will be sure to no longer 1-800-flowers. Truly couldn't be more disappointed.

The flowers were a corporate gift from my company to clients. The sender greeting was not from my company and had a stranger's name. The flowers did not match the description or picture in the Harry and David catalog and were a very poor substitute and finally there was no answer when we called in attempt to fix the order.

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The team member had to call me to see if I could come to the gate as we live on base. He said it would work better for him because he had a lot of runs. With this being a birthday gift, and this being his job, I do not believe I should have to make accommodations as this is a part of his job. He texts and calls me multiple times impatiently after I told him I was on the way (it took me 7 minutes). He handed me the arrangement and the arrangement is loose, there's no box or wrapping over it. It was on a flimsy cakestand and the green stuff was shedding everywhere in my car. I believe the team member could have taken the time to deliver the gift properly and not in his convenience and the green base of the florals were loose, making a mess in my car- it could've been in a nice box or wrapping.
