Not a florist! Immediately upon receiving bouquet, all three big yellow chrysanthemums were dropping A Lot of petals. Lower leaves not trimmed from any of the flower or fern stems. Leaves submerged in water will quickly rot and make water toxic. Two days after delivery water has already turned dirty brown and leaves are rotting. I had to clean the vase to remove debris and gross water. I had to clip lower leaves and bottoms of flower stems; they've already started to rot. There isn't even a ribbon around the vase. Anyone's able to stuff flowers into a vase. This company shouldn't call themselves a “florist “.

Never received.

My parents ordered a completely different and much bigger arrangement with a box of chocolates that I never got. I hope they were refunded. How embarrassing. The flowers i did get was fresh and arranged nicely. That's why I gave one star.

There were only 10 flowers in the vase. And when my sister called to let them know that we paid for a dozen the person was very rude to her. This was for our mom's 88th birthday. How will we be refunded?

Never using 1800 flowers again. Delivery Never made same day, yet I received and email that flowers were delivered. Recipient confirmed that flowers were not delivered, had to contact customer care. And uh, requested a refund in which initially was told that the flowers could be refunded. But not the delivery fee, when I said that I would dispute the charge with my bank. I was told that I will receive a full refund which I did not Luckily, the flowers were delivered the next day to the recipient's address. But to receive so many fake delivery confirmations through email and not receive my refund as I requested. It's just poor service.

No. Was not pleased with them. The roses opened right away and it's looking like it may not last another day.

No order not right. My daughter had to call and fight to get correct order and still not what she paid for. Very disappointed and will call 1800flowers

When the flowers arrived, they looked a little sick. They died the next day.

I got these flowers for my grandmothers 90th birthday because roses are her favorite flower. I was very disappointed when I received the flowers to find that it was mostly carnations and the roses were very small. I expected a nice bouquet with the amount of money I paid for these. I had to go to the store and buy more roses to make it look fuller. I will not be buying from this website again.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. My son sent them to me for my birthday. I was truly impressed and they are still looking beautiful. Keep up the amazing job.

This arrangement was very sad! Where were these flowers stored before making this arrangement. Just look at the flowers.My daughter apologized for sending flowers for my 70th bday that looked like this. I saw a photo of what the arrangement was suppose to look like......so disappointed. Please give my daughter her money back!

The arrangement that I received didn't look anything like the arrangement in the picture. I was very unhappy with the size of the flowers that I received. I also thought that the flowers were going to be on a stand and not on the floor.

I am very disappointed this is not what I ordered, and conformation said delivery was for 6/3/25, was not delivered until 6/5/25. Your photo of the item I ordered ,which is on your website and on the conformation is not the photo above. Will not use again and will not refer to anyone.

Although the flowers are pretty, my son stated that this is not what he paid for and ordered. He ordered the large Floral Fantasy Bouquet for my 85th birthday. He stated that this looks nothing like what he ordered. He would like a refund. The tracking number is W01005948384006, the order number on 1-800-flowers is 5958384006. The order number on the delivery is 00030069.

Flowers were not what I ordered at all. They use cheap flowers as fillers. I would not Suggest ordering from here as grocery store flowers look exactly the same and would be one fourth the price

My flowers were received wilted and with minimal water in the vase. They sat out in direct sunlight for 7 hours before I came home. My husband called to have a new arrangement sent in replacement.

Condolence flowers were never received. When calling customer service there is no record of the order. An order number is not included in the grainy photo taken by the delivery service. The photo provided is not of our home. The phone number that your company texted for this rating does not come up in the database. Feels like a total scam. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not order from Baltimore flower delivery by best florists. Total 0 stars.

This arrangement was an embarassment to my family! You charged $145.00 for this horrible arrangement. I would never recommend Avas Flowers and are posting to all my social media the photo of what I ordered and what I got. If I could give no stars that is what I would do.

Very disappointing for the amount of money spent ($105). A couple of the blooms had already opened and were wilting when delivered. My friend who ordered the flowers called to ask for a refund or new delivery and was only given a $20 coupon for his next order. Needless to say, he will not be ordering from here again.

This is the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered 7 arrangements for Admin Assistant Day for our team. They delivered 1. No big deal, so I contact them and they promise to deliver the other 6 that same day. They never show up. The next day I spend all day talking to them and they promise me 4 more times to deliver. They never show up. I escalate things on the third day and they deliver 1 arrangement. They promise several times that they will deliver the others. They even say that they are on the way with all of the arrangements. They never show up. I ask for a refund and they say no. I paid $546 and they offered me a $15 gift card. Never ever use this florist. This is poor customer service.

Terrible. I never received the flowers my husband sent. The flowers were not delivered and then it was a struggle to get a FULL REFUND for the order. Will never order from here again.

The flowers were terrible. So sad looking. Nothing like what i ordered. 1800 flowers gave me a refund because of how bad these were. If i could give 0 stars, i would.
