She said she likes the flowers but when l showed her the ones that l picked out she saw the difference between the two and did not like them as much. I was really disappointed in the flowers

The flowers were delivered way too early and sat in the hot sun all day when I called and had someone arrange for them to be delivered later in the day. They also died in less than a week of receiving them.

Looked great on delivery day. They started to die within 3 days. Followed all care instructions and it made no difference.

Problem was the email communications from Ftd. Received an email that the flowers had been delivered when they hadn't. Visited the neighbors to see if they had received them…I went on line and chatted and then called Ftd…come to find out they hadn't been delivered.. Next day called after receiving another email that they had been delivered ..when they hadn't.. again checked with neighbors…called and found out they actually had not been delivered and were out for delivery.. They arrived a day late. Overall, the flowers were nice but the amount of time I spent procuring the flowers for my 51 Anniversary was ridiculous.

The petals were falling off within minutes of it being delivered. Some of the flowers are okay, but the ones falling off were disheartening.

I liked the flowers, but I did not like that they were left on the front step in full sunlight, and that there were lots of leaves in the water. No one rang the bell, or knocked on the door so I did not know that any flowers had been delivered. When I finally discovered them, the water was hot. If I had not found them when I did, the flowers could have wilted. I called about the leaves in the water and a man answered and told me that it was not a problem because the water had been treated. All florists know that you do not leave leaves in the water because bacteria will build up in it. I guess your staff is not well trained.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of the person who sent me flowers. The actual flower arrangement didn't look quite like the picture. No Lillies and rhe roses very very small and understated. Overall, I loved the thought but the arrangement should look like the photo of what's being advertised.

Well looking at the picture of what was sent…. then I'm not happy. The photo I chose was the medium and showed A LOT more flowers than that. This set of flowers that was sent looks like a $6.99 bundle I could have gotten at the food store. If that is what is being sent I will not choose this flower company again. Janette

These were left on my porch in the sun. I was home expecting them but the door bell was not rung. 2 of the 4 roses were already past their prime. The bluebells died instantly. I know this was an expensive bouquet and I told my children I loved them, but I wouldn't encourage them to order from you again next year.

It does not look at all like what I ordered from the website for my mom's birthday. I'd love to be able to show a side by side comparison.

Ordered pink premium bear $89.99. Received bundle of joy (block) $74.99 listed price for premium. Plenty of roses and 2 carnations. Roses were brown on edges and in full bloom already. I ordered for Tuesday delivery instead of Monday in hopes of fresh flowers. So disappointed…AGAIN. I feel florists are the biggest scam artists. You don't deliver what is pictured or anything near it. A rip off.

My arrangement certainly does not look like the one pictured. Only the Roses were pretty.

The arrangement was nice, however not at all what we ordered which was disappointing. I understand that sometimes certain flowers are out of stock or unavailable, but would have wished this was done a little bit better with better matching colors from the image we selected.

Delivery was a day late.

Lily's hav barely started to open and other flowers are starting to die off, Orange was requested

Unfortunately I'm not too happy with the flowers. Upon arrival some flowers were frozen. Wish the delivery was planned better.The money that was spend on the quality should be better! My husband put in complain about it via an email but has not received a response yet.

Hello, While the flowers were lovely they did not match what I picked out at all. I specially picked the order I did so it would match the place I was getting it delivered to. The colors not the flower choices were at all what I picked so I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied.

My flowers were left on my doorstep, not wrapped or in a box. Also two of the flowers were broken. My mother is a florist, and she would have never left or made flowers like this for someone. I thank you all need better delivery drivers, and better customer service. I will be telling my sister not to use your florist again!

Many flowers damaged. Most flowers died the day after delivery.

Flowers do not resemble the picture of the flowers on the website I ordered from. Looks like a hole of missing flowers in the picture of the flowers delivered and not many flowers. I ordered them as a special birthday surprise and was disappointed, especially being that I ordered the extra large which shows many blooms and this has very few blooms..

While I know the presentation is supposed to be lovely, the greens are wilting and even the flowers aren't looking so fresh. My husband sent these to me as I've not been well and I didn't want to share my disappointment with him. He wanted to make me smile.

Hi, I have to be honest. I am a little disappointed in the presentation. And the two yellow sunflowers died they never even opened. I just feel really bad because these were a gift.

Some of the flowers were half wilted when they arrived.

They weren't worth the money.

It was a nice bouquet but there was not one sunflower in it and it was supposed to be a SUNFLOWER bouquet. It looked nothing like it was described or pictured On the FTD website.
