The delivery and service were great, however I paid for the largest flower bouquet, the exquisite and it looked only slightly better than regular. Still great, and again fantastic service and communication.

The bouquet I received was very nice. As the days progressed it became even more beautiful as more of the blossoms opened.

The flowers are beautiful and I love them… but when I changed the water, the whole arrangement just fell apart! I think longer stems anchored in a longer vase would have helped. One of the hydrangeas wasn't getting any water when I tried to put it all back together and looking pretty bad on day 3…so tge gist is longer stems needed! Thanks

The flowers are lovely, but the rose edges were slightly bruised, probably in the handling. The roses have opened up more and still look very lovely. My daughter, who sent them says she thought there would have been more purple color in the arrangement.

My daughter got these sent to me for my birthday and they were beautiful. Some of the roses had started to brown on the ends though

The arrangement, was very nice..

Flowers are lovely, but were left on a porch in the direct sun, on an 88 degree day. No messages from delivery company. They were just there when I pulled into the driveway. Fortunately, they hadn't been there too long or they would have been ruined.

Flowers were very fresh and pretty. My one complaint was that there was nothing to keep them in place. Since the vase was much wider than the number of flowers, the flowers flopped around and had no type of real arrangement. It looked like I had taken a bouquet of flowers and just plopped them in a vase.

The flower arrangement, shape like a birthday cake, was a unique treat. Very high Cuteness Factor. Made a nice table centerpiece for my guests to enjoy.

The flowers were beautiful but I did not receive the balloon.
