I was disappointed with my recent experience. My flowers did not arrive until Saturday afternoon after 12 PM. The first delivery wasn't even my order—it was meant for someone named Mary Anne. When I called the delivery service, they initially told me I had the wrong number. Only after calling back was I able to get the driver to return and deliver my actual flowers. When I finally received them, the arrangement didn't look like the photo online. Several flowers appeared old, and some hadn't bloomed at all. These were a gift from my mother for my 50th birthday, so it was disheartening to feel that care and quality were lacking. I sincerely hope that in the future, more attention will be given to both the accuracy of deliveries and the freshness of the arrangements.

This arrangement is an outstandingl work of art! It absolutely looks like an adorable dog the way the florist designed the flowers! I love it! The dog even has a red bow, I am a dog lover so my husband chose this arrangement!

The roses smell lovely. Some of the smaller flowers that might be something mum were dying on the 19th, but overall it was a lovely design. I love yellow.
