These are beautiful thank you I tried to do a five star but it wouldn't let me

To be honest, I am disappointed. This is the first time I've used Breen and the first time I had a custom, designer arrangement made. I was expecting more baby blue colors which is what is equated with a new baby boy, not the dark blue violet colors. I also expected some white and green, but the arrangement is primarily white, yellow and green. Finally, the website had an “It's a boy” balloon not a Welcome World balloons.

This is NOT the vase shown on your website and the arrangement is not (in my opinion) as pretty! I wanted the round clear vase that showed the greenery wrapped inside. Very disappointing… I could have done this better by myself.

Very disappointed. I was promised 4-5 Peonies and thus the reason I paid $183. There were 2 and arrangement was very small. Shame on you for taking advantage of out of town customers just trying to put a smile on the face of a very sick girl.

Did not like this arrangement as related to prior. Prior had more exotic and was more colorful.

My wife told a coworker she must have been a bad wife this year. The arrangement she received did not look like the picture.

Doesn't look like 18 Roses....in fact you were going to bump it up for MOTHERS 91ST BIRTHDAY THIS IS MINIMUM EFFORT. YOU NEED TO. GET GLASSES! AND IT LOOKS SMALL UNADORNED AND NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! CALL ME TOMMOROW IM VERY ANGRY WITH THIS PHOTO OF MY MOTHERS B DAY GIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not super happy - as a former florist would think for 125 there would not be daisy mums -

I don't really like this at all. I wanted pastels & this doesn't look like what I ordered.

I was disappointed, the arrangement was small compared to what I saw and I paid 211.00. I was embarrassed as this was for a family member.

Regrettably, this arrangement in this picture doesn't appear to match the picture from which we placed our order. We were told there might have to be substitutions, but not droopy flowers. We used you guys because you were highly recommended.

Really really disappointed. Not only were names misspelled on the card, this arrangement was not very nice in person. I was embarrassed as I had high hopes to send something beautiful to this wonderful friend. I will not be using this florist again.

Frankly, it's a bit disappointing. I expected more.

Not a lot for a $100. Based on suburbs of Chicago pricing. Average at best. Or the last flowers I sent in Knoxville.

Not acceptable! Needs to be filled with more greenery and maybe more sun flowers. Please resend when done.

No I do not like my order, in fact it was embarrassing. This, after specifying what I wanted, white and green $100 plus $30 shipping, and told it would be in a mid sized modern holder. The first image shared while my arrangement was on the truck for delivery was every color of the rainbow including g a big ugly autumn sunflower. Really?! They took it off the truck and apologized. Phew!!! That was an epic fail which k caught, not them. Then this—Eeek, looks very old fashioned and cheap. Do not recommend Breens.

Thank you for sending the photo which is the exact opposite of what I requested: monochromatic white with green highlights in a mid sized contemporary holder. Wow, epic fail. I called and they pulled it off the truck to redo it. For that, they get one star. Unbelievable. I'll update if they fix this.

A bit disappointed given the roses are already wilted in the picture and further this is not equivalent other tall and airy arrangements nor the quality I expect when ordering from you.

I am displeased with the floral arrangement sent to my mother, for her birthday! The flowers used were horrible and look like an arrangement purchased at HEB! The arrangement sent last year was absolutely beautiful with red roses!

That doesn't look anything like the supreme upgrade online. Not even close. I'm going to have to start using someone else.
