I'm sorry, but that is one of the saddest arrangements I've ever seen from a professional florist. I am extremely disappointed. This was going to one of my very best friends undergoing breast cancer surgery. The arrangement and quality of flowers absolutely is not what was represented on your website. I understand that colors may vary, but overall it just looks sad and sloppy.

Roses look beat up. Leaves are wilting, indicating not fresh enough. If there were no fresh Moab variety available, i would have picked different kind instead. 😒

It was a lovely display; nevertheless, it was sent to the incorrect location. Regrettably, my girlfriend adored the display intended for another individual. How humiliating for me, especially when instructed by the delivery person to have it returned, while they fetch the appropriate display that was sent elsewhere. It cast a negative light on the flower shop and caused me embarrassment.

I think the arrangement was supposed to be more pink and dark pinks and I wanted hydrangeas. A lot of white. A rose bowl wasn't used and I would have preferred more roses. It has elements of what I requested but giving you my honest feedback it doesn't look very professional and sophisticated. So it's fine but you asked for feedback and those are my feelings. I can get something from the grocery store for $50 that looks like that.

I was not happy with the arrangement. The flowers looked wilted and definitely not worth the money we spent on them. If that's what a $169.95 arrangement looks like we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Filler is not favorite, disappointed with color overall, I was hoping for pastels for blond 17 year old teenager. This pretty but more appropriate for older females. I will be more specific in future orders

Lady who answered my call wasn't very nice. Considering I'm ordering a flower arrangement for a FUNERAL! I think she should have been a little more considerate of the situation. Also, my card didn't go through. Said it might be my address… but then called again, had another lady on the phone. She was a sweetheart. I tried another card and this time it went through but the address they put on file wasn't the address on the second card but they didn't change it and it went through so idk what happened there.. also some spelling was wrong which is understandable since I'm ordering it to say something in Spanish but I called to correct the spelling and got the first lady on the phone and again..had an attitude again. but said she'd correct it.. come the day of the delivery and the spelling is wrong……. I called and they corrected the mistake. Which is great. But it really shouldn't be that complicated. Overall am not impressed with the customer service and honestly am not impressed with the arrangement either. All this to say. The arrangement was nice but not great. The customer service part. Do better! Will not be returning for any more arrangements with you.

I asked for all white flowers, which is one of the choices on your website. This is not all white. My friend's mom just died, as I noted on the order. On top of that this look very cheap for $150. I won't be ordering from you again. Disappointed.

I have to say, I've ordered flowers from Breens several times, you guys are the only florist I use here in Houston, this arrangement didn't look very good. The flowers looked old, pedals were already falling of the roses. It just wasn't good. I'm disappointed.

Wonderful experience I live in Indiana called and ordered flowers for a niece who was in the hospital. I called explained a delicate situation and the woman I dealt with was wonderful. I love the arrangement but I was guaranteed next day delivery and as of 530 no flowers

I do not see the flag in the bouquet as discussed disappointed at first glance looked like copy from internet have not seen actual fewer at grave site yet but if flag is not there or at least military red white and blue I am very disappointed

I had asked for tall and airy. That doesn't look like it to me. I asked for Bells if Ireland, Hydrandes, radiscus . I don't see many of those. For over $180.0 I expected more.

the arrangement is pretty but falsely advertised based on what is pictured on their website. The amount of flowers seems limited and small in comparison and the price. This bouquet is to commemorate new life as well as tragic loss, and this is disappointing. I'll will not order from this company again.
