The boutonniere was beautifully arranged and nicely done. Unfortunately, the pins provided were far too large, making it difficult to secure and ultimately preventing the recipient from wearing it. It was very disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. I would recommend including appropriately sized pins to ensure the boutonniere can be worn as intended.

The communication at this shop was terrible. Had to call multiple times, never received call backs. The cases ordered were incorrect and we weren't informed until the day before the event. Would not recommend.

Do those roses not look yellowed and old? I do not think this arrangement looks good.

Wow! I am so upset and embarrassed that this is the flower bouquet that was delivered to my Mom. Blow up your picture and tell me how many wilted flowers you see in this arrangement I want it all red because that's her favourite colour. This is for her 92nd birthday. I am in Indiana while obviously she is there in La Porte, with my family. I am ashamed that this is what I sent her. Please do better for the next 92 year-old.

We were VERY disappointed in the arrangement for the OUTRAGEOUS price we were charged for it.

I sent the flowers to my friend the total was $113, she said the flowers died within 3 days and rest of the bouquets she received from other places are still alive.

Too many older flowers with the outside petals wilting. I am paying a premium for you guys and this is Bush league.

Really bad experience - I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday, and the wrong ones came. I had to tell my mom to return the flowers to get a refund.

An arrangement costing $165 should have had considerable more flowers!!!

This is not what I ordered, please design the way it shows in the website with the 18 long stem Red Roses and similar greens. No baby breath please. Please redesign it instead of removing things and adding in it. No rush, can be delivered tomorrow also, I mentioned that when I placed the order over the phone. Thank you!

For the amount that I paid for this I am very disappointed. The picture that I see is not balanced at all. The smaller flowers already look dead. I am embarrassed that I had these sent to my loved one. When I ordered i said I wanted a wow presentation. and this is far from that. You failed the job. Thank you

For nearly $300, I was expecting it to be packed with white roses. It looks like there are blank spots everywhere. I can't say I'm too pleased. It's still beautiful, but for the money I was expecting a lot more.

The gorgeous flowers were left at Gayle's door at 5:17 pm in full sun which is totally unacceptable. A storm from Bertha came through at 6 pm and as you could image, beat them down. Gayle didn't get home until 7:30 as she was celebrating her birthday. This was my first and last purchase.

I paid $125 for a plant that costs about $25 at the grocery store. Way overpriced.

For flowers that cost $160 dollars i would have expected a little more flowers then this. Arrangement looks nice but not enough flowers for the money payed.

I have to rant, my uncle passed away last week, his funeral was last Saturday. I found this flourist online. After choosing a $300 spray i called to make sure it got delivered on Friday before 11 am and was assured it would be the Friday by 9:30 am. I get a message Saturday morning around 8:30 am saying the spray was being delivered. After calling and complaining I was told they called the church and was told the viewing and funeral was Saturday 11 am. My family had a private viewing Friday, I was humiliated thinking this beautiful expensive spray would be on display. I told the lady today, that I am not happy and if they need to call before delivering anything then that's what I should have been told. I could have picked something up and brought it instead of paying $360 for a late delivery. These are already difficult and emotional situations. I will never use this flourist again and recommend against anyone else using them!

This is a disappointing flower arrangement. We have ordered a couple other arrangements from you guys and they have always looked fantastic. It looks like someone just dumped a few roses in a vase with no care. The Daytona Beach arrangement that is on the website has extra greenery in it. It looks nice and full.

I did ask for a pastel arrangement but these looked washed out.

That arrangement does not look like the one on your website!!! I am so disappointed!!! It is Not The same!!!
