I have to rant, my uncle passed away last week, his funeral was last Saturday. I found this flourist online. After choosing a $300 spray i called to make sure it got delivered on Friday before 11 am and was assured it would be the Friday by 9:30 am. I get a message Saturday morning around 8:30 am saying the spray was being delivered. After calling and complaining I was told they called the church and was told the viewing and funeral was Saturday 11 am. My family had a private viewing Friday, I was humiliated thinking this beautiful expensive spray would be on display. I told the lady today, that I am not happy and if they need to call before delivering anything then that's what I should have been told. I could have picked something up and brought it instead of paying $360 for a late delivery. These are already difficult and emotional situations. I will never use this flourist again and recommend against anyone else using them!

This is a disappointing flower arrangement. We have ordered a couple other arrangements from you guys and they have always looked fantastic. It looks like someone just dumped a few roses in a vase with no care. The Daytona Beach arrangement that is on the website has extra greenery in it. It looks nice and full.

I did ask for a pastel arrangement but these looked washed out.

That arrangement does not look like the one on your website!!! I am so disappointed!!! It is Not The same!!!

My daughter did not receive her flowers today for her first day on her new job as we had hoped. Not sure what happened. We are so disappointed!!!!

We moved here in 2020 from California. I went to several frorists for my flowers. I stumbled across BREEN's and I knew I hit the jackpot! The people there go out of their way to make me (and my wife) happy with the results! BREEN's is the best!!

I do like the arrangement and getting a picture knowing what they are getting. Thankyou

Flowers are pretty

The ribbon looks kind of odd, normally I have seen ribbon like tied across it's just hanging from the top???

Doesn't look anything like the picture you posted before I bought. Your final version looks skimpy and very little baby's breath. I may not use yall again if that is how you represent. Very disappointed in the finished product especially for what I had to pay for this arrangement.

Definitely does not look like I expected. Expected a lot better and more for $150. Disappointed.

I requested red roses What happened?

Certainly not worth the money paid. It even looks sloppy. I shouldn't see the florist mold. Not pleased at all. Actually embarrassed that it's being sent.

I'm very disappointed in this arrangement. I could have gotten one from Kroger or HEB that looks better than this. Much cheaper. I don't mind paying high prices if it looks good. I don't see how you have high ratings.

This does not look like the picture you sent. It's supposed to be sunset. With lots of yellow. Lots of flowers.

It is extremely bad business What is on your pictures and what was delivered are two different things I have been ordering from you many times but when I looked at what was delivered, I will not do it again unless you will fix it

No. I ordered one red rose and candy heart for Jill and she got three roses of different colors and the candy heart. I ordered assorted flowers but no roses for my wife, Pat, but she got a vase of roses. For over 20 years your service has been superb but this time it was a flop on both orders. It was certainly not up to your usually high standards. Bob Thompson

The designer choice art I saw was more springlike… in a basket actually. If you can still change the look a bit, I would appreciate it. Thank you for sending a photo! I think that much save you a lot of misunderstandings. If you will change the Look, I think you can use the same flowers? Can you do that?

The hydrangeas look a little sad. And they die quickly. Can you put Gerber daisy instead ?
