This does not look like the picture you sent. It's supposed to be sunset. With lots of yellow. Lots of flowers.

It is extremely bad business What is on your pictures and what was delivered are two different things I have been ordering from you many times but when I looked at what was delivered, I will not do it again unless you will fix it

No. I ordered one red rose and candy heart for Jill and she got three roses of different colors and the candy heart. I ordered assorted flowers but no roses for my wife, Pat, but she got a vase of roses. For over 20 years your service has been superb but this time it was a flop on both orders. It was certainly not up to your usually high standards. Bob Thompson

The designer choice art I saw was more springlike… in a basket actually. If you can still change the look a bit, I would appreciate it. Thank you for sending a photo! I think that much save you a lot of misunderstandings. If you will change the Look, I think you can use the same flowers? Can you do that?

The hydrangeas look a little sad. And they die quickly. Can you put Gerber daisy instead ?

The picture i saw when i ordered the arrangement had purple and white orchids. Now I only see white orchids in this picture. I'm not very happy about that.

Very poor service. I placed an order scheduled for delivery before noon and even left a generous tip, yet the service was not provided as requested. When I called the office to check on the delivery status, the person who answered was extremely rude. I will never order from this place again.

Very disappointed! Paid $125 plus shipping for a "designer" arraignment.... I could have purchased an arraignment from a supermarket for $30 that would have been nicer!!! I think you took advantage because I ordered out of state. I'll never use you again!!

I was disappointed by the appearance of only 2 roses and a single Lily, and the abundance of daisies. It looked cheap.

I specifically asked for the arrangement with the crystal cross in it. I made sure the cross was available and she said yes. This is not the arrangement I ordered.

This bouquet was not at all what I expected. I paid nearly $200 and wanted a grand bouquet for my wife's birthday. Instead I get this arrangement, which is more like an arrangement you'd send a friend recovering from surgery. My wife got other flowers that day from other people and my arrangement was the most pathetic. I am not happy about this.

Did not look as good as the picture. Kind of disappointed. Thought it was expensive.

The bouquet that was delivered instead of the spray I originally ordered was not worth $300.00 I'd like to request a partial refund

Sorry to say I was very disappointed. The roses and marigolds were past their prime and wilted. See roses in the right in this photo and marigolds in the center.
