I asked for pink and bright colored flowers

Great! Carol was very helpful with what the options were and getting the plant ordered onto the delivery list for the Sept. 3 birthday even though it was already 3:00pm or later. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 5 stars

This is not what I ordered, please design the way it shows in the website with the 18 long stem Red Roses and similar greens. No baby breath please. Please redesign it instead of removing things and adding in it. No rush, can be delivered tomorrow also, I mentioned that when I placed the order over the phone. Thank you!

For the amount that I paid for this I am very disappointed. The picture that I see is not balanced at all. The smaller flowers already look dead. I am embarrassed that I had these sent to my loved one. When I ordered i said I wanted a wow presentation. and this is far from that. You failed the job. Thank you

For nearly $300, I was expecting it to be packed with white roses. It looks like there are blank spots everywhere. I can't say I'm too pleased. It's still beautiful, but for the money I was expecting a lot more.

The gorgeous flowers were left at Gayle's door at 5:17 pm in full sun which is totally unacceptable. A storm from Bertha came through at 6 pm and as you could image, beat them down. Gayle didn't get home until 7:30 as she was celebrating her birthday. This was my first and last purchase.

I paid $125 for a plant that costs about $25 at the grocery store. Way overpriced.

Did not see flowers outside door, they were not there. Can you verify which unit you delivered them to??

For flowers that cost $160 dollars i would have expected a little more flowers then this. Arrangement looks nice but not enough flowers for the money payed.

I have to rant, my uncle passed away last week, his funeral was last Saturday. I found this flourist online. After choosing a $300 spray i called to make sure it got delivered on Friday before 11 am and was assured it would be the Friday by 9:30 am. I get a message Saturday morning around 8:30 am saying the spray was being delivered. After calling and complaining I was told they called the church and was told the viewing and funeral was Saturday 11 am. My family had a private viewing Friday, I was humiliated thinking this beautiful expensive spray would be on display. I told the lady today, that I am not happy and if they need to call before delivering anything then that's what I should have been told. I could have picked something up and brought it instead of paying $360 for a late delivery. These are already difficult and emotional situations. I will never use this flourist again and recommend against anyone else using them!

This is a disappointing flower arrangement. We have ordered a couple other arrangements from you guys and they have always looked fantastic. It looks like someone just dumped a few roses in a vase with no care. The Daytona Beach arrangement that is on the website has extra greenery in it. It looks nice and full.

I did ask for a pastel arrangement but these looked washed out.

That arrangement does not look like the one on your website!!! I am so disappointed!!! It is Not The same!!!

My daughter did not receive her flowers today for her first day on her new job as we had hoped. Not sure what happened. We are so disappointed!!!!

We moved here in 2020 from California. I went to several frorists for my flowers. I stumbled across BREEN's and I knew I hit the jackpot! The people there go out of their way to make me (and my wife) happy with the results! BREEN's is the best!!

I do like the arrangement and getting a picture knowing what they are getting. Thankyou

Flowers are pretty

The ribbon looks kind of odd, normally I have seen ribbon like tied across it's just hanging from the top???

Doesn't look anything like the picture you posted before I bought. Your final version looks skimpy and very little baby's breath. I may not use yall again if that is how you represent. Very disappointed in the finished product especially for what I had to pay for this arrangement.

Definitely does not look like I expected. Expected a lot better and more for $150. Disappointed.

I requested red roses What happened?

Certainly not worth the money paid. It even looks sloppy. I shouldn't see the florist mold. Not pleased at all. Actually embarrassed that it's being sent.
