This bouquet was not at all what I expected. I paid nearly $200 and wanted a grand bouquet for my wife's birthday. Instead I get this arrangement, which is more like an arrangement you'd send a friend recovering from surgery. My wife got other flowers that day from other people and my arrangement was the most pathetic. I am not happy about this.

Did not look as good as the picture. Kind of disappointed. Thought it was expensive.

The bouquet that was delivered instead of the spray I originally ordered was not worth $300.00 I'd like to request a partial refund

This looks poorly made and nowhere worth the amount of money we spent on it.

Sorry to say I was very disappointed. The roses and marigolds were past their prime and wilted. See roses in the right in this photo and marigolds in the center.

My arrangement hasn't been delivered and I can't reach anyone.

Not excited about the arrangement. I expressed this was for a milestone birthday. This feels underwhelming.

This arrangement looks nothing like the one that I picked out and I don't like it. I don't think it's very pretty at all. I wouldn't have picked it.

The white hydrangea looks old. Almost like half of it is wilting

Bare but at least the flowers look alive

Very pretty top but seems like there's holes in spots in the view from this side And The Bottom ones look like they are dead or darn near! And the standing one is pretty bare and not vary pretty much, I paid a lot for leaves!

This arrangement also looks like it was just thrown together. We sent these arrangements to 2 very good clients. This is not what we expect when we sent flowers to someone. We had this issue once before and the flowers were better after a poor review was given. These look like they were left overs from another arrangement.

I am disappointed. I had asked for Lillies, Sunflowers and Roses in colors that would blend with Sunflowers with maybe a little purple. I do not see ONE lily or Sunflower! Too much purple. Actually, most of it looks like it was just stuffed in there. Sorry, I am just being honest. If those flowers were not available, you should have called me. I wish I had just ordered a plant. Nothing what I thought it would be. It's too tropical, no actual flowers in the arrangement. Extremely disappointed for paying over $100 for this. Won't be using services again

This arrangement is not what I expected, looks nothing like the photo on your website of sympathy arrangements. 12 extremely open roses with a few carnations for $100 is not what I expected for representation my family's sympathy bouquet. I probably should've chose something else myself. Disappointed.

Are the reddish peonies half dead? Don't look fresh

Not enough pink, I only asked for pink. Not red. So overpriced for a few flowers. Xl

arrangement does not reflect the cost or meet the expectation I have for Breen's Florist. arrangement was cut flowers dumped in a vase. I could have created this for $15 with flowers from HEB. Not satisfied at all.

Very disappointed. Another arrangement at the funeral was so much prettier and was less expensive.

appreciated the photo, but unfortunately i paid for the premium bouquet and the quantity of flowers seems to reflect that or the standard or deluxe bouquet. there were flowers not included that were pictured in the online display, but i did not feel there were enough other flowers to make up for the lack of those not pictured. they were simply missing. i normally would not care if i was sending romantic or basic congratulation flowers, except these were sympathy flowers for loved ones who had suffered a loss, and i wanted their favorite flowers to be included or at least made up for in quantity, especially if i am paying an increased price for a nicer bouquet and a tip for the employees. if my loved one's received a lesser bouquet than the one i paid for, the price should be adjusted as well.

Such a disappointment. Small, cheap flowers.

I paid 108 dollars and thought it was extremely small arrangement. I feel rip off. You are better off making it yourself. So dissatisfied
