The arrangements were very nice. However, some of the details were missing on the order. I ordered three of the same type of arrangements and only one was on the counter for pickup which caused some confusion. If the invoice had stated 3 x [arrangement type]this would have been helpful for the store employees and the person picking up the flowers. In addition the cards with a thank you note we're missing so I had to do an emergency run to the store to get thank you cards to put on the arrangement. All in all, I really liked the flowers, but missing details made the experience not as good as it could have been. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback to improve future customers' experiences.

The roses were smaller than expected and a little dry at the ends.

Picture looks really nice. I like to leave a review after seeing how fresh the flowers are and how they last so my review is based on the picture only. Received the flowers very late in the day so I didn't get to enjoy them much and to be honest, while they are very pretty, the price that I paid I don't feel was reflected in the type or amount of flowers received. I switched florists just to try out another and I wouldn't probably buy from here again. Again, pretty arrangement but not $100+ worth of flowers. Bummer.

The plant is very pretty and healthy. I really thought for the price, it would be better decorated with baby breath and more accents other than, just two butterflies. It's pretty!

I was expecting it to be fuller with more roses

Flowers are pretty but the display itself does not look like the website. I chose it because it was splayed out and full. I wish it looked like advertised. Thank you.

It's beautiful, but I thought it would have more flowers in it for the price.

The arrangement was pretty, but it was very small for $130. I was disappointed in the size and for some reason expected it to be a little more grand. I did receive a photo prior to the delivery, but again, in the photo it looked larger.

I had hoped it would have lighter pinks; more spring-like. For the money, somewhat dissatisfied; this is dingy in color.

The name of the arrangement was Lilac Wine and I expected it to contain lilacs, which would remind my sister of the lilacs that grew at our childhood home in WI. I'm disappointed to learn it doesn't actually contain any lilacs.

I did not think this was a $100+ arrangement.

Thanks for the opportunity to provide a review. I did enjoy your service however I expected a little bit more for the price. I believe there was about four or five roses total, they were very pretty but overall the arrangement was nice thank you.

Not what I ordered

Picture showed a greater variety of flowers and not as many daisys.

I am so disappointed. For the amount of money I spent on this arrangement I am saddened. I have never not liked what you have done, but this is not up to parr with your usual arrangements. Sue

Loved working with Carol. Disappointed in the size ($300) and many of the flowers did not appear to be as fresh as they could have been.

Was hoping for a brighter pink color

your previous deliveries were just gorgeous but not this one. quite disappointed- definitely not up to Breen's standards, in my opinion.

Thank you for delivering flowers to my mother for her 80th birthday. They were not exactly as we expected or thought we ordered with Carol but they are pretty. Thank you.

The flowers that were sent to our daughter and son-in-law were underwhelming. We saw the arrangement at their house a couple days after the delivery. The flowers looked small, dated and wilted. The cardinal was a very nice touch...but didn't justify the $100+ we paid for this arrangement.

Very pretty, but I expected more flowers for $150. This arrangement is a bit overpriced.

I'm surprised that the presentation is not a reflection of the actual picture on the Breen's website. This is for a family member who is being laid to rest this weekend. I am not happy with this picture of the arrangement I paid for. Thank you.

I was very disappointed. The website showed for $85 short stem Roses. It were no Roses in the arrangement and the big white Hyacinth seem out of place. Very disappointed.
