What you get for the money with delivery flowers theses days isn't much. They were pretty but for the price should have be spectacular.

Somewhat disappointed in final product. When I called to express disappointment, I was basically told it was exactly as pictured which I did not feel like it was. I actually saw the final product.

The flowers are beautiful but for the amount I paid I was expecting a wow factor last I spent less and got a lot more arrangement also I left instructions to add peony as well and there is none

Honestly unimpressed with the arrangement for the cost. I order frequently and have not seen an arrangement that have majority of one basic flower at this price point.

Csr Service rep Carol was professional, helpful and courteous. Based on my conversation with Carol, I changed my purchase from Basic to DELUXE. However, I was surprised and surprised how Fast the floral arrangement was Designed and Delivery confirmation email was received. So, I ask my friend to send me a photo of her flowers. However, with that being said, I was very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. I received a stock photo of the requested arrangement , but the photo of actual arrangement delivered was sorely disappointing. Flowers did not look fresh and brilliant like the Stock photo. Flowers delivered the colors of faded and dull. They looked like they had been siding around for few days. That's why, people who purchase flowers for remote delivery can never be sure what You are actually getting. "Buyers Beware". So, I'm trying not to be harsh with my rating but won't be using florist again.

It isn't in the glass vase as appears online and doesn't look as full.

For the price it seems very small. Otherwise nice

The filler flowers are sparse showing much stem in the central left part of the bouquet. For the price there shouldn't be sparse areas in the middle. The arrangement looks off balance over all by clumping the peach flowers in the bottom right. Doesn't look as impressive as the advertisement photo.

It looks ok. It feels out of balance as the flowers look separated and the same colors are bunched together.

Hi, Thank you for sending. I am disappointed. I thought we talked and that you could throw in a few peonies in the arrangement.

The hummingbird was not included with the flowers. Also this arrangement was a little sloppy compared to all the other flowers we've ordered (and we have ordered A LOT of flowers from yall ) . I did like getting the photo.

It's not that they weren't pretty, but I made it very, very clear that they were for my first grandson and my daughter, and that had nothing to do with the boy to me at all, especially the pink vase

Honestly, I do not like the big green leaves in the middle of the arrangement.

Honestly I'm not thrilled. I don't like the 2 different colored hydrangeas. With that color pink it would have looked better with all dark blue and it looks pretty small for what it cost

Definitely not pleased with this bouquet of flowers. All other flower arrangements have been very pretty.

The arrangement was beautiful after the third attempt, which should not have happened.....since the original order instructions strictly stated equal amounts of (maroon & gold) dark red & yellow roses. This was an "in sympathy" arrangement for a classmate to be made with our high school colors (maroon & gold). Good I was sitting at my laptop on my email when the first picture came in with NO yellow roses or yellow at all. I called & asked for the instructions to be read to me, which were as I stated above.....then I asked for the equal amount of yellow roses. The 2nd attempt pic came in & it only had 2 yellow roses. So, then I called & just asked to PLEASE just put 2 more yellow roses & I would accept it, especially, since it needed to be delivered soon for the service. Another review point would be that this size arrangement should not cost near to $200. A positive feedback is that I did love receiving the picture of the arrangement. I am so thankful that I was checking my email at the time the pic with the first incorrect arrangement came in. Thank you for continuing to strive to get it right.....as they say (even if I don't always agree under this matter) "third time is charm".

I already did, the flowers were not fresh and one was smaller than the other one. I ordered same kind two of them.

Beautiful plant! The basket looks dark and wet along the bottom. Is that just a bad photo or is that an old basket?

Thank you for sharing the photo! I have ordered flowers for the same occasion and price from you in the past and liked that arrangement a lot more than this one... I don't prefer baby's breath or the yellow daisies... I have to say I'm a little disappointed with how it turned out

I love this feature of receiving a photo of the flowers.

Is this the large size for $200. I expected there would be more flowers in your largest arrangement.

For the price I was expecting something grander.

It's a pretty arrangement but doesn't match the image on the website. I chose the arrangement based on the image and description which used the words "vibrant, bright, lively, uplifting." While still lovely, these colors are much more muted which gives a different mood.

Expected more of a mixed color arrangement. Too much pink.
