The bouquet was beautiful and nicely arranged! My only suggestion would be to offer a personalized ribbon with “STH HOCO 2026” to make it even more special for the occasion. Overall, a lovely bouquet!

Breen's Pasadena was accommodating when the arrangement didn't quite meet expectations. They cam to funeral home and added more material.

Very pretty but I would like more of the spikey blue flowers. It appears to only have one. I like getting a photo and I really appreciate same day delivery.

Beautiful, but not really what I thought I had conveyed. I had indicated a palette of corals, peach tones. With more roses perhaps. This looks more rusts and fall tones than I was expecting. I do like the protea however! I very much appreciate the photo!

Getting a photo of what is being sent is a very nice service - thank you! Most of the roses appear to be quite far along in blooming … quite beautiful and I'm sure they smell great, but I don't think they will last as long as roses in an earlier phase of blooming. 😔

It's difficult talking about the order over the phone. I thought the daisies would be smaller. These are so big that they over powered the sunflowers. The recipient like them so it was fine. Your friendliness on the phone and the speed of delivery were great!

Thought the small and medium sized bouquets were lovely, looked elegant and smelled great. Just wished for more fullness in the taller arrangement.
