I am very disappointed with the arrangement sent to my friend. It certainly doesn't look like what I tried to order. Also, the delivery person left the arrangement at the back door rather than calling to be sure someone was at home to accept the delivery.

Barely any of the flowers in the picture online were available. Luckily Bremen's sends out a picture of the arrangement before they send it out. They had to redo it 2 times to make it look somewhat decent. The final bouquet wasn't even close to what I wan

Very disappointed at the size and quality. Ordered the premium arrangement and paid $245 and received a $70 quality arrangement.

I'll be honest, this is not it all what I was expecting. The picture showed bright flowers – roses, I believe. I had wanted something bright and springy and I really don't care for these colors

I think the customer service was amazing however the corsages were extremely small and the fact that they have the little roses should have been disclosed. Yes, they do put larger flowers on corsages and ours were the smallest at prom!

The phone number provided to reach you was entered incorrectly so we had no way to contact you by phone. Recipient was not home at time of delivery, we spoke to her and she requested us to deliver on Saturday. Which we have scheduled. I am not sure why we were given a 1- star review. I was so embarrassed when I saw them. The flower edges were crusty. They were already drooping. It was shocking because just a few days before two sprays of flowers you had arranged in Michigan were breath-taking. I would hope this won't happen again.

Sorry, but the plant that arrived was not like the picture you sent. The order which totaled about $90 was for a healthy azalea plant, not two skimpy, shoved together things.
