This arrangement was definitely not worth the money. And $20.00 for delivery seems excessive. The flowers were small.

When I placed the order I requested a cross in the plant. The picture didn't show one and when I called I was told it would be $35 more. I should have been told this when I placed the order. Not pleased.

This was an $80 funeral arrangement. Before delivery etc. $106 when done. I'm very disappointed that an $80 arrangement consisted of a $6 seasonal mum and an $6 plant that grows commonly in offices even in a glass of water. Not at all what I expected. So

Disappointed my specific delivery instructions were not followed by delivering to one of two apartments at same community and left at leasing office front ruining the whole WOW factor! I was impressed by the reminder email AND follow up call considering

Price was too high in comparison to Clear Lake Flowers,especially since I never was told the total price with delivery. Was told I could not use my 40 percent discount because my email address had changed!!!??? Will look for better deals in the future.

Not impressed, I don't like the skimpy, unkempt bow, twigs or moss...I was told there would be no bow, it would look "modern". The plant is nothing like the "tropical rain forest" pictured on your website. I certainly hope it looks better in person.

This design is unexceptible. It looks like 8 huge flowers just jammed together. Can not believe I paid $100. Very disappointed.

Not anything like the picture!! I knew African violets were up in the air but there's no color to this arrangement and like what we saw in the picture when we ordered it. This is a very special arrangement for my mother in law as her son just passed away

I had ordered flowers for mother's day. The total cost came to $102. US. I was specific in asking for a bright abs colourful bouquet. I was thoroughly disappointed in what my mother in law received. No where near what I had asked for and looked like a bun

We do not recommend this florist. The flowers were expensive, and the arrangement died in a couple days. When we complained, they sent a smaller replacement arrangement. We won't be using this florist again.

I believe it was dishonest not to admit you are no longer in Clear Lake. I used your shop because my wife works in Clear Lake. My order arrived at 4pm after I placed the order 5 minutes past 8am. I will not use your shop again.
