We are sorry that the roses were not in the arrangement. We fixed it before it went out and made sure it had roses in it.

This order was not good. The fruit was old and damaged on bboth attempts to deliver, so the order cancelled and refund requested.

We are sorry that you felt that the fruit was bad, although it was not and we tasted it when it came back. We have refunded the customer back his money. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

I'm sorry but this is not a $50.00 arrangement. I realize I must pay for the plant and labor to put in the ceramic pot and clean the leaves, but give me a break. An then $20 to deliver. Never again.

The photo on your website looks nicer and it showed a clear vase with leaves inside. The actual arrangement has a blue vase which I don't like at all. The hydrangeas were blue on the website. The actual flowers have just a bit of blue. There was also

I ordered full standing spray with yellow and red roses. 5 yellow 7 red roses. I paid extra for a very full spray. Lots of greenery but not enough roses. Very disappointed and embarrassed. Looks like flowers were shoved in anywhere without design. I
