Hospital informed us that the recipient was in ICU, we checked 3 times a day in order to try to get the flowers delivered in a timely matter. Once we got okay from hospital that recipient could receiv... More
Hospital informed us that the recipient was in ICU, we checked 3 times a day in order to try to get the flowers delivered in a timely matter. Once we got okay from hospital that recipient could receive flowers, they were delivered. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the hospital's information.

This was not the arrangement I ordered. Not the correct container, arrangement or price range. I know you refunded the difference to the credit card, but that wasn't really the issue. I will not order here again.

I paid for a premium upgrade. This looks more sparse than the cheaper arrangement shown on your website. I am NOT a satisfied customer. I am ashamed that this is being delivered to my dying sister as the taller stems look like they are dying as well.

The arrangement my friend, wife of an employee, received was nothing like the picture on the website when I placed the order with you over the phone. I am extremely disappointed that I spent $90 dollar for a substandard arrangement!!!

This order was replaced for customer. The pink roses were a "shorter" stemmed rose. We suggested our TWILIGHT roses and he was much happier and left us 5 stars on the replacement. We strive for 100% satisfaction!

Per our conversation, the item that was chosen online was the basic. Many of our items come with a Small, Medium, and Large, each with their own photos of the item. We offered to send the larger one, but the replacement was declined. We strive for 100% satisfaction.
