This is not a $85 dollar bouquet. Very cheap looking with a few cheap carnations vs roses.

I appreciate the time and effort that went into this bouquet. It's not what I would have selected as roses are not what I wanted for my sister for her birthday and the bouquet itself looks sparse, especially for the cost. I also selected a white vase. However, receiving a photo of the bouquet is wonderful. Thank you for this service.

Ok . It's not very large for 125.00

We clearly requested the flowers be delivered in the late afternoon or early evening, since we are not returning from a trip until 7pm. This was completely ignored, and the flowers were delivered in the morning (suffering a full day of Houston weather on my front door)! So essentially - my wife got wilted flowers for her birthday. NOT a happy customer.

Live in Germany and ordered these flowers for my mother's birthday. They were delivered on November 8 and by the 11th she said they had to be thrown out because they were wilted and dead. She said she didn't want to tell me but they looked old when she received them. I'm very disappointed. I'm thousands of miles away and just wanted my mom to have beautiful flowers for her birthday. I have not seen her in two years and wanted to cheer her up on her special day. Now I'm just embarrassed. This was my first and last order from you.

The vase still appears dark, but I understand it may be a reflection of the wood table. However, the flowers aren't uniform and seem smushed. Also, I see no mums. I particularly chose this arrangement for the mums. Can someone call me about this, please?

Thank you for the picture. This is helpful. I'm not happy with the vase. It appears to be dark gray and in the picture on your website it is silver. This looks dark and drab. Also, the arrangement appears taller in the website picture. I tried calling but no answer.

We never received our order.

I was not impressed with the arrangement for the price, I was given several options starting at $55 for a vase arrangement and I asked for something big with a $100 budget. Not what I expected and disappointed.

It's not good. Frankly, It looks like blue thistles we're just stuck everywhere. Additionally, if things pictured are seasonal (like the eucalyptus ) maybe make that clear since that's what really softened everything. From the photo, so not worth the money in the slightest. Go to Walgreens and make your own.

When the flowers came they were beautiful but I already all died yesterday so I don't know what my children paid for those for my birthday but they can't afford things like that so now I'm not happy at all. I really think that you need to replace them. And I have not set a time to my children either because I don't wanna hurt her feelings

I tried to be understanding when your staff stated that they were short staffed and to busy and I knew this arrangement wasn't going to look exactly like what I ordered because you told me that you were out of some of the flowers but the arrangement that you sent my daughter for her birthday isn't even close to the picture of the flowers that we discussed. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Awful. Nothing like the examples I chose. I ask for bright happy colors. Where are the oranges, maybe blue or purple filler. What is that horrible green that looks like asparagus. Not at all what I ask for. I wish I could have talked to designer. I should have said the teleflora Ford truck without the truck! I was told there is a shortage of flowers. This looks like something made out of tired limp left overs. Take a look at charming catherine. And carol and tell me how this is a combo of those two designs. I am sooo disappointed. That is not a $100 arrangement and certainly not the cheery happy birthday with “bright happy colors” that I ask for. I use Breen because the recipient has always praised “Clearlake floral” for their beautiful work.

I was told to refrigerate my arrangement so I did and I checked on it later and flowers were wilting. I took it out of the refrigerator and it barely made it through my shower the next day. I feel like I should get a partial refund for lack of proper communication and a crappy arrangement. I spent $75 on your arrangement. I went to HEB and got enough flowers for 5 arrangements for $36. Those flowers still look great. I will not be using breens again.
