The actual arrangement was not this beautiful! You tried but fell short of my expectations. You should not show these phony pictures when we get to see what was actually delivered. Very deceptive practice.

Exactly the arrangement I was looking for. Cemetery deliveries are always a bit awkward, but they did a great job and sent me a photo. I really appreciate the extra effort. I hope to call them again.
