It looks so much smaller than the picture we had discussed. Glads are short and not enough blue to even out the colors. The one on your web site is fuller.

Stock and lilies came in this morning and are very fresh. The stock will begin to drink in the vase and will stand up. Lilies will begin to open and you will have a longer lasting arrangement than sending out completely open ones.

Again, for our order it was expressed on SIZE... Double the size. It did NOT live up to what is shown on your website. Bad representation... and customer service ... quality NOT there. VERY DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER :(

I had requested for the arrangement to be delivered by noon today, while my wife was still home. It was not delivered until 1:20 pm, after she had left the house for her appointment. Also, almost $40 for delivery is too much in my opinion. It turns an $85

I like receiving the photo and I am DISAPPOINTED! The marketing photo led one to believe that all 6 balloons would say Happy Birthday. Sending with 3 plain balloons was not what I thought I purchased. I would have much preferred a repeat of the birthday

I'm not seeing several of the elements of the TGIF arrangement that made me choose it. The flowers appear much less full than the photo, lack the height and some look wilted. I'm hoping it looks better in person.

I am very disappointed that the arrangement I chose at the Cherry Park location did not look anything like this one. I chose an Autumn/Fall arrangement with orange and yellow flowers, not red roses and purple flowers.

First, the name of the organization is wrong in this email. I hope it was correct on the card. Second, the balloon is obviously a Valentine balloon although the order was for a little girl who had surgery. I'm a little disappointed.
