Appreciate the photo. I order from you all frequently. I understand us substitute flowers but this one seems like a bit too much. Space filled with the large sunflowers. Just my 2 cents.

Very pretty top but seems like there's holes in spots in the view from this side And The Bottom ones look like they are dead or darn near! And the standing one is pretty bare and not vary pretty much, I paid a lot for leaves!

I called by phone and spoke with Miss Mary. She was very helpful, patient, gracious and courteous. The flowers were lovely and delivered more than on time. The colors she chose to use for a more masculine and fall pallette worked out nicely and really stood out. Thank you

The arrangement I received didn't quite match the photo on the website—the detailed touch of greenery in the vase was missing & the flowers were not quite right which I felt were important details. While I was initially disappointed in the execution, the owner reached out to me right away, took full responsibility, and went above and beyond to make it right. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be ordering again and remain a loyal customer.
