I received fast, friendly service at the store. The employee was very knowledgeable. I did pick out the plant in person but still enjoyed receiving a picture of it.

I was beyond satisfied with the amazingly beautiful arrangement specially made to my specifications. I wanted a special arrangement made for my Godfather's funeral in a particular size and with certain colors and flowers. When I called to order it, I explained my request of the details. I also needed it to compliment with a holy statue I wanted in the arrangement that was actually out of state where I was going for the funeral, so the florist only had a picture I sent to go by. It turned out it be perfect and exactly what I hoped for, and I was so happy when I saw the picture on the email that I cried. I want to give a sincere thank you to Mary that took my order and made sure all the details were included and correct and a grateful thank you to Leanna for designing the perfect arrangement that exceeded my expectations.

There are few florists going to this length for customer service. I absolutely love getting a photo of the arrangement before it is delivered. Not only is the arrangement perfect, the extra step of sending the photo just takes customer service to the five-star level. You have won my future business!
