I'm a tad disappointed. The image shown on the florist website showed the bouquet coming in a tall cylindrical vase. The vase pictured here looks small in comparison & seems to concave in. I ordered from this florist primarily because of the vase option.

I'm a little disappointed with these, but hope the recipient likes them more than me. I guess I was expecting a little baby's breath or some other filler around the yellow button mums. Wish you had had the pink orchid, as not fond of the green at all.

Well, I notice the flower count is practically same as the example, but not near as impressive as the representation on the website. Pretty colors, just looks rather sparse.

its hard to tell by the photo but please tell me that the arrangement is not dominated by that huge clump of carnations I count 12 of them. I was expecting something like your "dream" or "modern" with more roses & just couple carnations, not my favorite f

They are beautiful but for $180 there should be more there...Could also be brighter since I specified that. purple ones not bright enough...this looks like $100-$120 not $180 arrangement...

Delivery was as planned/ on time. Bouquet was made well but looked a little limp, a bit old for some of the flowers. Picture looks fresher than what I received. I was satisfied but not overly impressed.

I ordered a bouquet with multi color flowers I got this!!!! When I called to complain, they were quick to re-do and send to me, the 2nd arrangement had a few more colors. They were prompt in correcting problem. Thank you

This arrangement looks incomplete - the plant hanging outside of the basket looks bad. Some nice ribbon would have polished off the visual impact of this arrangement. The growth I see looks like it should after I have had it a month or so not as a deliver
