Do not like purple lily. Want white like pictured

I've been a very happy customer of Breen's for years but unfortunately this order fell short. They were delivered on time but some of the flowers were already wilted and mostly looked like the arrangement was thrown together with leftover flowers. Maybe because it was a same day order? Hopefully my next order will be back up to the standard I'm used to from Breen's Florist.

The flowers i ordered for my friend angela simmons were wilted! I was very disappointed! I dont know if having to wait the weekend made them wilt some but it wasnt my fault they had to wait to be delivered today instead of friday! I dont know if i will be ordering flowers like this again. This is the 1st time for me and i wont do it again .

CAROL WAS LOVELY AND HELPFUL, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. TO BE HONEST, I WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED IN THE ARRANGEMENT. BY THE TIME THE SERVICE STARTED, THE FLOWERS WERE SOMEWHAT 'SHRIVELED' LOOKING, AND WHITE WAS THE PREDOMINATE COLOR INSTEAD OF PURPLE/LAVENDAR. THE 'TABLE' ON WHICH THE FUNERAL HOME SET THE ARRANGEMENT REALLY 'COMPARED' SEVERAL OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WHICH WERE LARGER AND 'FRESHER' LOOKING. THANK YOU FOR DELIVERING THE ARRANGEMENT IN TIME FOR THE SERVICE.

For $175 I would've thought it would be much larger. I just sent some thing from my florist in Los Angeles and I should send you a photo. It was twice as large and with Orchids, roses, hydrangeas, lilies, and no filler.

I asked for no daisies and no small inconsequential flowers. I see a few in there. For $175, I would've expected a little more.

I would have appreciated a picture of the chocolates box and not just the gift bag.

Breen's did a very nice job. Delivered on time, great communication ! The arrangement itself was a bit underwhelming. Guess I just expected a little bit more for the $198.00.

Lovely alternate flower choices in keeping w color scheme from original on their website. Did not like the shape as much as original, there's a hole in the middle back of the arrangement looks a bit empty with one random tall piece. More depth with varied colors on the original with dark purple elements. Just looks a bit haphazard like something for home versus a gift/memorial but still beautiful. Left off leaf in vase that covered the look of loose stems from original arrangement on their website. Looks much more cohesive and "formal" w the stems covered in the original.

I don't really care for it. It's not what I was expecting. I didn't know that it would be all green. When you stayed plants I thought they would be a combo of green and colored plants not just green. Not what I would have picked for a mother who just had a baby. It was delivered timely.

Although the bouquet is pretty, it doesn't look as full as the picture I ordered.

For the price I paid, it was a very small bouquet!! Very disappointing!!!!

I thought for the price, the bouquet would be way way way bigger. My partner bought me 3 dozen long stemmed roses with a specialized coloration for the same price.

The order we sent you requested a large peace lily plant with a bow. According to the photo a Janet Craig dracena was sent. We were not notified about the substitution. The bow was also disappointing- looks cheap and skimpy. However, we did love getting a picture of what was sent. At least the plant looks nice and is the right size.

I ordered white Lilies; but ended up with pink lilies that are no fully bloomed.

How tall is the vase?? With all due respect, that does Not look like a $100.00 arrangement. Please add some more flowers to it. Thank you!

Beautiful plant, but smaller than I anticipated

colors were a little dark.

I was expecting a larger arrangement for the cost, but maybe it's inflation. It's pretty, but not all that impressive.

Pretty However does not appear to reflect the price.
