Flowers were lovely but I didn't think the rose should be so open

The arrangement was very nice. I would have preferred the stock to have been pastel (lighter) or white in color. I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted. The designer chose to change . I requested a picture prior to delivery. I received the picture after delivery.

I definitely appreciate receiving the photo before delivery! The original selected arrangement contained more roses that were purple or lavendar, rather than pink or fuchsia roses.

I expected more Calla Lilies to more prominent for what I paid. Please, add more !!!!! Thanks

The person I spoke with on the phone was very accommodating; calling me back after checking their inventory at another location, to see if they had something specific that I'd requested. The bouquet was lovely and the sweet fragrance of the lillies filled the room. When I'd asked for an AM delivery I was quoted an additional charge of $20 for “by 11” and “$30 by 10”… on top of the regular delivery fee so I won't be working with them again.

I have used Breen's florist regularly over many years and appreciate the ease of ordering, the (usually ( high quality flowers, beautiful design choices and elegant chocolates, as well as seeing the actual bouquet before it's sent. The deliveries are accurate and on time. However, the bouquet for this order looks disheveled and the roses look like they may be bearing their final days. For $130, plus “tip”(?!?!), I expect better.

The funeral arrangement was lovely. It was delivered in a timely fashion. I appreciated receiving a photo of the arrangement. - I removed one star because I was disappointed that on the card they spelled God with an inappropriate little “g”.

I love goetting the picture. We had talked about corals and variations of pink and white hydrangeas . I don't see any coral snd wish the could have at least been a splash of coral
