I wanted to take a moment and compliment your team for the recent floral bouquet order that I placed with you for my Sister's birthday. Your standard arrangements were not exactly what I was looking for, so your designer put a custom bouquet together and my sister was thrilled with the result. The order process was very easy, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and delivery occurred the next morning without any difficulty. I asked for bright colorful flowers. I'm disappointed at the use of the dark colors. It also is a lot of greenery/filler that isn't particularly attractive.
