I chose Breen's because of the very high number of positive reviews. Carol went out of her way to take care of my Aunt in a unique situation who could not receive flesh flowers in her hospital room. She came up with a gorgeous substitute of balloons and a teddy bear. She was so kind and thoughtful and provided the BEST customer service. I also really like receiving a picture of what you sent

Carol was so sweet and amazing - they didn't have the plant I was looking for to deliver to my Uncle's funeral. She called and explained the problem and offered to choose another plant in its place and promised to make it extra special and she did. Sent me a picture and it was beautiful.
