Thank you very much for the beautiful arrangement for the funeral of a close friend. I live in Washington DC and was unable to attend the service and wanted to send flowers as a remembrance. Your staff person was most helpful in taking my order. She made me feel confident that the arrangement would be delivered to the church in time for the funeral. I am so sorry l feel the flowers were not what l expected. The are too many green twigs or what might be called ferns. They drowned out the flowers. I don't blame you. I feel my description was too vague.
