I'm surprised that the presentation is not a reflection of the actual picture on the Breen's website. This is for a family member who is being laid to rest this weekend. I am not happy with this picture of the arrangement I paid for. Thank you.

We recently ordered a funeral wreath, and it turned out absolutely beautiful — even more lovely than we imagined. It was elegant, thoughtfully designed, and a perfect tribute for our loved one. We also had a question about the arrangement and called the florist. Their customer service was outstanding. They were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly right. It's rare to find that level of genuine care, especially during such a difficult time, and we truly appreciated it. A little pricey compared to others in the area but I liked the personal service I got over the phone and felt like it would get there on time and would be beautiful, which it did and it is beautiful.
