If I could give Breen Florist ten stars, I would give them eleven. Monday, February 9 was my mother's birthday. She is no longer here, but honoring her memory is something I hold close to my heart. I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to her gravesite, and after reaching out to a few places that felt rushed and impersonal, I was feeling discouraged. Then I found Breen Florist, and it felt like divine timing. When I first called, I spoke with Mary at the Copperfield location. From the very beginning she was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. She explained that with Valentine's Day approaching they were extremely busy and would not be able to deliver on my mother's actual birthday, but they could deliver the very next day. She took the time to help me select a bouquet and even suggested sturdier flowers that would hold up well outdoors at the cemetery. I never felt rushed. I felt cared for. The arrangement was created by their Pasadena location, and they sent me a photo before delivery. It was absolutely beautiful. When the delivery photo didn't come through due to a small mix-up with my number, I reached out to the florist and immediately they took action. No excuses, just kindness and follow-through. They located the photo and sent it to me right away. Later, I sent a short text message simply explaining that if I had sounded discouraged at any point, it wasn't because of their service, but because someone had recently told me that since my mother had been gone a while it shouldn't affect me anymore. I didn't expect a response at all. Instead, one of the ladies called me personally. Not for business. Not about the order. Just to encourage me, listen, and share that she had walked a similar road. It felt like God had placed exactly the right people in my path that day. Mary also went above and beyond by offering to place important dates on her calendar so my mother could continue to be honored throughout the year. She arranged for flowers to be delivered ahead of Mother's Day so they would already be in place, and we discussed other meaningful days such as the anniversary of her passing and Christmas. That level of thoughtfulness is something you don't find often anymore. Breen Florist isn't just in the business of flowers. They are caretakers of memories, moments, and hearts. In a world where customer service is often rushed, they chose compassion, patience, and humanity. They made me feel like I mattered, not like a transaction. I am certain the kindness I experienced is the same kindness they show every customer. If you're looking for a florist who delivers beauty with heart, Breen Florist is it. They are a shining light in this community, and I will forever be grateful for how they cared for me during such a tender moment.

I was completely embarrassed by this arrangement. It was tiny for $129.00. The picture that was sent did not represent how small it was.

I love receiving the photo! Plant looks very nice. I would appreciate knowing the type of plant it is, though and also whether the recipient will have an identifier of the type of plant and care instructions.

Breen's always does a great job. From taking the order, to making what you ask for to careful delivery. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a Houston-based company.

Bremen's always does a lovely job when arranging flowers for me. When I call, they are kind, patient and accommodating, as long as they have what I request in stock. So much better than finding any old place online. And they are expanding their delivery!

Breen's florist went above and beyond for our family during a very difficult time. We needed a last-minute arrangement in Houston Astros colors - blue, orange and white for a family members funeral where everyone was asked to wear Astros gear. They not only pulled it together quickly, but the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and perfectly captured the spirit we helped for.

The people at this florist were very helpful and took very good care of our order and getting it delivered to the funeral home. Very pleased and thankful for the good job!!
