Thank you. I respect your business: the cordial and knowledgeable person who answers the phone (a REAL person), the extra length you go to serve your clients (I am in New Mexico, but I have come to rely on your personal service), the quality of your "product" . . .(like these lovely hydrangeas!), and your integrity (remember the time we were unsatisfied with the flowers and you replaced them right away?). After several years of dealing with the people at Breen's, I remain confident in calling you and recommending you again and again!

I specifically asked for blue and white hydrangeas and only one white hydrangea was used. I also asked for the bouquet to look “wispy” and consider using some sticks, as well as using a basket. I lived getting a photo of what will be sent, that is a great gesture.
