This bouquet was not at all what I expected. I paid nearly $200 and wanted a grand bouquet for my wife's birthday. Instead I get this arrangement, which is more like an arrangement you'd send a friend recovering from surgery. My wife got other flowers that day from other people and my arrangement was the most pathetic. I am not happy about this.

We ordered flowers for a customer's retirement and were very pleased with the whole experience. They even sent a photo of the actual arrangement that they delivered. I love that feature. Wish more florists would do that. Our customer loved the flowers! They were gorgeous!

I had such a great experience with this florist shop! They did a wonderful job creating a gorgeous arrangement that exceeded my expectations. The flower was fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged.
