Wonderful customer service from my first call asking about delivery to the cancer care center there, to the follow up pictures and delivery confirmation. Who does that? Honestly, the look of this isn't as lovely as the sample from when I ordered. The flowers look droopy and not as lovely, unfortunately. Maybe it's the angle of the photo but this doesn't look like a $200 arrangement. I'm disappointed.

The first florist that I've used that provides periodic order updates. Very nice that the little details are important with the florist. The arrangement I purchased was very nice and I would make future purchases.
