I highly recommend Breen's Florist in Houston. The flowers I ordered for my niece's birthday were as lovely as promised and delivered on schedule. Also, Breen's communicated in a timely fashion, which is reassuring when you're ordering from a distance. Definitely a 5-star transaction!
