This was the first order I have placed with Breen's Florist, for delivery to a friend in the hospital. I am very impressed with their level of customer service, initiative and the care they exhibit for a high-quality arrangement. Communication was great - Thanks Carol!! - and even though I provided the incorrect hospital name, the Breen's team took the initiative to correct it and confirm my friend was in that hospital. Going the extra mile like that for someone who is stressed about someone they care about, is unheard of and incredibly appreciated. They also provided a snapshot of the arrangement when completed, and it's beautiful. I will add that this was all done and delivered within a few hours of ordering. They are amazing!!

Yesterday, I received a call from Breen's Florists csr rep Christy, who expressed concern regarding my review of a previous purchase. Breen's representative explained that as a Family Owned business, it's very important to them, to provide customer satisfaction with every floral arrangement delivered. She graciously offered to re-create my purchase and deliver it this Morning. The flowers were delivered promptly and Absolutely Beautiful. Sadly, Excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction has become a rare commodity. Breen's Florists has gone Above and Beyond to provide this customer with excellent service. Getting a photo of what is being sent is a very nice service - thank you! Most of the roses appear to be quite far along in blooming … quite beautiful and I'm sure they smell great, but I don't think they will last as long as roses in an earlier phase of blooming. 😔

Csr Service rep Carol was professional, helpful and courteous. Based on my conversation with Carol, I changed my purchase from Basic to DELUXE. However, I was surprised and surprised how Fast the floral arrangement was Designed and Delivery confirmation email was received. So, I ask my friend to send me a photo of her flowers. However, with that being said, I was very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. I received a stock photo of the requested arrangement , but the photo of actual arrangement delivered was sorely disappointing. Flowers did not look fresh and brilliant like the Stock photo. Flowers delivered the colors of faded and dull. They looked like they had been siding around for few days. That's why, people who purchase flowers for remote delivery can never be sure what You are actually getting. "Buyers Beware". So, I'm trying not to be harsh with my rating but won't be using florist again.
