I thought there were going to be 4 large vases with 36 long stem white roses in each vase. This looks much smaller.

Awesome, just beautiful

This was the second "Let the florist choose" option I selected for different deliveries, both babies, on this day. Though this pink bouquet is a little more vibrant than the blue one, I am still underwhelmed by the assembly compared to the cost of $85. This did not include taxes, tip of delivery fees. I would choose another option for a new baby girl and go with a bouquet that shows a picture.

I was rather underwhelmed by this arrangement. It looks like more of a $40 bouquet rather than an $85 one. Additionally, there one not many new baby boy options with blue hues. Most are white. I would not select the "let florist choose" again option.

Lady who answered my call wasn't very nice. Considering I'm ordering a flower arrangement for a FUNERAL! I think she should have been a little more considerate of the situation. Also, my card didn't go through. Said it might be my address… but then called again, had another lady on the phone. She was a sweetheart. I tried another card and this time it went through but the address they put on file wasn't the address on the second card but they didn't change it and it went through so idk what happened there.. also some spelling was wrong which is understandable since I'm ordering it to say something in Spanish but I called to correct the spelling and got the first lady on the phone and again..had an attitude again. but said she'd correct it.. come the day of the delivery and the spelling is wrong……. I called and they corrected the mistake. Which is great. But it really shouldn't be that complicated. Overall am not impressed with the customer service and honestly am not impressed with the arrangement either. All this to say. The arrangement was nice but not great. The customer service part. Do better! Will not be returning for any more arrangements with you.

The bouquet on the internet 1st page of the Breens add looked like it had more flowers surrounding the roses.

Lovely bouquet!

I was very happy and impressed with my order. I just walked in and told them what I want and in less than 2 hours my order was done and it looked better than I expected. This is my new florist!!!!!

I had a sort of strange request with multiple important details, and they nailed it!! Mary made the process easy and enjoyable and I'm so happy with how the bouquet turned out. Beautiful flowers and the best service , thank you !!
