I live in Dallas and was traveling in Colorado but wanted to send flowers for the arrival of our first great grandchild. I called Breen's who had been recommended by another florist and they came through with flying colors. They were lovely to deal with on the phone, and I hung up knowing I would be happy with the results. Sure enough—the bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and they even sent me a picture of it. I have several friends and family in Houston, so I will definitely be using Brees again.

For the amount that I paid for this I am very disappointed. The picture that I see is not balanced at all. The smaller flowers already look dead. I am embarrassed that I had these sent to my loved one. When I ordered i said I wanted a wow presentation. and this is far from that. You failed the job. Thank you

Mary gave me a call immediately, once she learned I was disappointed with my order. She offered to remake my arrangement, but explained that it may have been the picture as it's an all-around display. She took a different picture and she was right!
