Beautiful presentation and great quality of roses.

Flowers were left outside and a few were frost bite you should cover them up before delivery and never leave them outside yet they were beautifully arranged

I hate to write such a poor review, but unfortunately I never received this beautiful bouquet. My boyfriend was trying to surprise me and the delivery person never left the flowers. I understand weather conditions but I live in an apartment building where they could have left them in the mail area. I was headed home from work…

They are beautiful … great job

Received an extremely unprofessional voice message just saying "hiiiii" and then hung up. No message was left to inform me who this call was from or that I had a pending delivery. By the way this was for my birthday. My son had to call and speak to someone to make sure I received my flowers. The following day when they were delivered, my mother said there was an extremely faint knock at the door that she barely heard. Why didn't the delivery person ring the bell?!! Honestly with this service, I feel my son should be reimbursed. The flowers were pretty, but I wouldn't order from your business again.

They never came. It was a birthday gift and we're not delivered. The picture was beautiful, but due to I don't know what I did not get them.

If I could give a 0 I would. Whoever delivered them never rang or knocked. They left them on porch for around a hour in below freezing. They were completely dead the next morning. My daughter paid good money for birthday flowers for me and I never got to enjoy them. I had 2 other deliveries the same day they rang the bell.

My birthday flowers were scheduled to be delivered during a snowstorm. How thoughtful for them to be delivered a couple of days early! They are beautiful!

They delivered the flowers hours early so no one was home and they called me, even though it was supposed to be a surprise for me. The service fee was incredibly high for such an inconvenience

I never received this order despite calling multiple times. They said delivery was attempted but I wasn't home. I could have been home if I knew they were coming. Other florists delivered during this time. I asked for a picture of it and to know who it is from so that I could thank them but couldn't even receive that.

The flowers are so lovely!! The delivery person was very professional and thorough! It's been 48 hours since delivery and the flowers are still opening, so lovely, still very healthy and alive
