These people were amazing and their delivery concerns were just spectacular. The person receiving the flowers wasn't home and it was extremely hot outside and because it is their concern was the flowers would not look satisfactory when the person received them. I deeply appreciated them working with me and doing a red Delivery the next day, I cannot recommend them more highly.

I had to call to get my flowers delivered midday. There was no contact about delivery time. I paid for BIRTHDAY balloon, and they sent an anniversary one with the birthday cup/bouquet. So no, not a great experience.

The flowers were definitely lack luster especially given the price tag. I asked to have the delivery after 2pm and they came at 10 am. Also I paid extra to have a purple vase and was given just the regular clear one. Very disappointed. Was really hoping to have a better experience.

I feel this arrangement needed a taller vase. The flowers are mashed together ans am not able to take them out and trim ends to make them last longer.
