Hello! I'm the sister of the bride listed below. I really did love the look of the flowers with the succulents, pink roses, maroon flowers, etc so I had ordered 3 of those bouquets for her wedding on Sunday, June 28. I'd asked for the flowers to be delivered the day before and your service was prompt which I loved. However, I only received one bouquet of what I had ordered. The two other bouquets were not and it was disappointing for a few reasons: 1.) It was my sister's big day and I had really wanted the flowers to be perfect as they were going to be main center pieces for the tables we had 2.) I'd been charged like $60 for the drop off of the flowers which adds to the frustration. There was no way on the site to indicate one set amount for shipping (to just one household which should have been just $20 then?). 3.) I spoke with a representative this past Saturday who kindly refunded 30% of the order though 60% of the order was incorrect. I didn't feel like this was the most fair, but I appreciated the try. All in all, I was unhappy with the order but the day still turned out great. The one bouquet that was correct was really beautiful and I appreciated the florist that designed it. Thank you.

Flowers were very fresh. One balloon would have been enough. Floral foam to hold flowers in place and a little higher in the container would let them stand out a little more. All in all it has been a week and the flowers still look good. Thank you.

Overall average rating - arrangement itself was good but day after delivery couple of blooms dried up and discolored maybe from damage - also the delivery driver must have been smoking because flowers smelled like cigarette smoke. Flowers are supposed to smell fragrant/good not smoky.

My husband placed an online order through BloomsToday for a birthday delivery in Cincinnati. He requested a specific arrangement with a pink vase and opted for the guaranteed delivery before 2:00 PM on Friday. The delivery arrived right on time, which I appreciated; however, the arrangement didn't quite match the photos shown online. I contacted their customer service to let them know, and I was incredibly impressed by how they handled the situation. The very next day, they sent a second delivery that was exactly what I had originally expected. To make things even better, they included a complimentary box of chocolates as an apology for the mix-up. The delivery woman was also very professional and kind. While the first bouquet wasn't perfect, the way this company stands behind their work is why I'm giving them five stars. They turned a potential disappointment into a great experience. Highly recommended for their accountability and excellent service!

The delivery was a day late and when I received it, the roses were starting to dry and crust on the petals. The arrangement was nice but the quality was below grocery store standards which was disappointing from a professional florist. Update: Thank you, Jamee, for sending a new bouquet! These flowers were a birthday gift from my long distance best friend so it means a lot that you made an effort to make this right. 😊

No, they looked bad when they were delivered!

I ordered these flowers for Elizabeth Holt, and frankly, after seeing the pictures, am very disappointed. Those yellow mums look like they're on their way out, as does the sunflower. And those mum buds will never open. Although the arrangement is small, I expected at least fresh flowers for $50!
