I was so excited to receive my flower arrangement. I was soooo disappointed in the delivery. The arrangement was left in the sweltering heat and sun. There was nothing to protect it. It does not look like the photo as lilies were broken at the stem. If the driver had my phone number, why couldn't they give warning that the left the arrangement? It should have been packaged to protect it. I emailed the day of the delivery and have received no response.

The flowers are absolutely gorgeous! No browning or wilting. There was a bit of confusion with delivery, but only because I didn't know they were sent to me so I wasn't home with the first attempt. But it turned out with no problems!
