Was not what was ordered. And the new one was left outside. And still not right.

I left two voicemails, called 3 times, message this company on Facebook (which they read) and didn't respond. I feel bad that whoever paid for these flowers to send condolences for the passing of my dad, got screwed. I would say this is fraudulent and I'll make sure this review is everywhere so people know this company has horrible customer service. I got a call from the driver Friday morning while I was back home for my dad's funeral, she said call the shop to get it re-delivered.I did just that. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls or messages on Facebook. What a crook of a company. They are open everyday and have no excuse to not call me back.

Completely unsatisfied. That bouquet is no where near the bouquet I ordered. Looks like they pulled it out of the trash with all those fake leaves. It was supposed to be sunflowers, red roses, carnations ,little purple and orange flowers. I know this time of year they may not have some flowers. But that is not even close to what I ordered. I wanted to bring a smile to a grieving mother. Very disappointed....

The quality is great. Delivery missed the date and time. It is your standard to call in advance and this delayed delivery. This is a poor process and caused the delivery date to be missed. Deliveries should be done on the date requested before 3PM. Yours missed my anniversary and the next day my wife was out of the office… so it is now two days late. This is a very disappointing result. Calls are for issues. If no issue, delivery should be the standard action.

I never ordered flowers. You kept calling me about the order. Now you are bothering me for a review. Done. Lose my number. I told you repeatedly you had the wrong number.

I would give it less than one star, but you can't. Flowers were never delivered. I've called and no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. Completely terrible. Would love an explanation or some sort of acknowledgement due to paying for a service which never received.

Thank you! The flowers/plant were very cute. Unfortunately they died a day after I received them.

They were a welcomed surprise and absolutely gorgeous.

The order was not correct. It should of had a get well soon balloon and did not receive the card.

The vase flowers and flowers I bought where nothing alike to the image or chosen flower arrangement no where near the colors or design ! How do you go from purchasing a beautiful arrangement too a very loow expectation ! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED !

The orange leaves have dried up, the orange roses petals are brown, the green filler is falling off branches. Disappointed it didn't last longer.

I never received my flowers. When they were ordered they needed to be delivered by a specific time. They were delivered over 2 hours late.

An order for someone else was dropped at my house. I called you to see if you wanted to pick it up but no one called me back. I guess that order and this one were swapped. Please let me know who this order was from

I never received the flowers. We called the day they were supposed to be delivered and were told they were unable to deliver them to my work (odd!) so arrangements were made to have them delivered to our home the next day. They weren't delivered the next day to our home and when we called again we were told they were delivered to my work, but they weren't there either. Very disappointed and would like a refund for the product we never received.

I didn't receive the flowers before I left work at 5:00pm so I do not know what they look like.

Terrible experience never got the flowers in the expedited window I pay and they came after my girl left work it was a waste of time she never got them!!!

The flower arrangement was beautiful and sent to me as a condolence. However, they delivered it during the evening and did not call me. The beautiful arrangements sat out outside in 40° weather all night, long until the next morning. Sone of the flowers were already Wilton when I finally discovered them on the porch. When I called the store at the number I was given, I left a long detailed message about what happened. I never received a phone call back. I called two more times that day and nobody responded. I would not trust this organization to deliver flowers in the proper way. If the person is not home, they at least owe the courtesy of a phone call to let them know that there are flowers sitting outside.

The order was cancelled because you could not find the address and no one from your business tried calling me.

You delivered them to my business n it was closed! You just left them at the front door. My husband had to drive to my work! Luckily they were still there! What was ur driver thinking? It's a poor neighborhood, homeless, beggars...

I was very disappointed by the size of the arrangement for the price. What was ordered was the deluxe arrangement and what was delivered I would have guessed should have been the smallest regular bouquet. I would hate to see and pay for what your regular arrangement would look like. It looked nothing like the picture advertised as your Deluxe bouquet.

I guess they are just ok, not what my son had ordered. Why did the driver leave them out side in front of the bldg. no call nothing….the kids in the bldg got a hold of me……

I have not received my flowers.
