Pretty.. but they are dying too fast. I trimmed the stems, changed water daily and even had an extra packet to put in water. We didn't get any packets with the delivery. My son was also disappointed because he said they didn't look like what he ordered.

No it was much smaller than what I ordered but she loved it

The flowers were ok. However, they were not delivered on time. The first set that came wasn't packaged well-leaves were on the outside of the vase, the water didn't look fresh, leaves were also inside the water. The second that was delivered, the delivery person did not sit them on the porch well, the base was tipped over and all the water was spilled out. The third set that arrive came packed better, however some of the flowers were dead.

The day my flowers came they were put on my front porch in 30-40mile an hour winds, without any wrapping. When I brought them in the house, some of the leaves were turning black, the flowers were beaten up some of the rose petals started coming off, etc.. The people that sent them are very disappointed but they did say that they are going to send another arrangement… Still waiting. I've gotten flowers from them before that we're fine… Hope this was a one time incident. I will review after the new flowers are delivered to see if we can get that rating back up.

It was specified to deliver after 3:00 but I got home early at 2:00 they were sitting on the poarch in the cold and wind. After 2 days they are already dying.

My floral design was adorable; however, I don't think the flowers are fresh. The white carnations have discolored spots and the other flowers look old. Plus, even though there are signs stating where to deliver packages by apartment # and the fact that the driver had a phone number to call to notify me that there was a delivery, the floral arrangement was left in the main entrance that is clearly marked NO DELIVERIES here. A fellow resident did happen to see it and delivered it to me. I have no idea how long it sat there. This same scenario has happened before when my son has ordered flowers from you.

Was delivered with no packaging or water

Nice flowers but delivery was not good. Delivered a day late missing her birthday.

Im the one who sent this. This doesn't even come close to what the picture was online. There are a lot fewer roses in this one and there wasn't the picture. She is very satisfied, but I am not.

My mother-in-law sent a photo of the flowers the next day thanking us for the arrangement. Unfortunately, one of the roses was drooped and dead. I was very disappointed and embarrassed. It definitely did not look like a bouquet that cost almost $100.

Too many greens and the roses lilies are already dying

They weren't the freshest flowers. My daughter spent a lot on them and some of them were smashed and started wilting 2 days later and they had water in them the whole time .

It was exactly what I wanted for my husband and he loves it Thank you Apparently they stick the balloon and gift card stick straight through the leaves of the plant so now that is dying I can provide picture of you want but that is unacceptable

Over packed with to much greens. In addition the flowers didn't match picture of what it was supposed to look like.

The yellow flowers are falling apart as well as some red flowers. So sad

I paid $71 for this and got seven stems- 3 roses and 4 carnations with greenery. That was it for a deluxe arrangement! Very dissatisfied!

The flowers were/are absolutely beautiful.

They delivered the flowers to the wrong address so I never got the flowers. However, I was given a full refund so that was good.

This was an order placed by Dan Lemke and unfortunately half of the floral arrangement looked like they were wilting already and drooping. I was not satisfied with the arrangement given how much money he spent . :(

My boyfriend ordered me flowers that was suppose to come with a bear and fruit for my birthday. Never received the bear or fruit! He was told he can get a refund for it but you guys wouldn't be able to deliver the bear and strawberries. Disappointing.

My flowers only lasted 2 days. Arrangements was nice but wasn't worth the money.

The above picture is not what I received it was mostly white with touches of purple. They were not wrapped up at all just left on porch floor by front door & wilted & some broken.

Beautiful peach color. 2 of the 5 lilies were already becoming transparent(old) when I received the order
