The flower arrangement is beautiful, But there was no floral preservatives provided for the roses and other flowers in the arrangement, and the flowers were delivered outside with no cover on them and It was very cold that day and no one called and my number was on the card.. please keep those things in mine for your next delivery. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Fall bouquet I received! Beautiful Fall colors with sunflowers- my favorite. Received days ago and looks as good as the day it was delivered!!
