The day my flowers came they were put on my front porch in 30-40mile an hour winds, without any wrapping. When I brought them in the house, some of the leaves were turning black, the flowers were beaten up some of the rose petals started coming off, etc.. The people that sent them are very disappointed but they did say that they are going to send another arrangement… Still waiting. I've gotten flowers from them before that we're fine… Hope this was a one time incident. I will review after the new flowers are delivered to see if we can get that rating back up.

It was specified to deliver after 3:00 but I got home early at 2:00 they were sitting on the poarch in the cold and wind. After 2 days they are already dying.

I loved my floral vase. I felt it was designed by a professional designer. The touch of raffia bow on the vase added. The colors of the orange rose's, rust mums, yellows and berries made beautiful. Thanks so much! Never have heard of you, but give you 5 stars
