Good quality and quantity of flowers but delivery was late and the vase was cracked and led to its leaking water onto my table. There was no protective packaging. If the delivery person had waited until I answered the door and if she/he explained the problem I could have put the flowers in a different vase before it leaked on my wooden table.

Yes great service. I'd def use you in the future. The driver was very kind. Sometimes I don't answer my phone when I don't know the number. But he called 3 times in a row. So I knew it was a call I needed to take. Tell him thank you for doing that. It was so smart.

Flowers were never delivered to my house. FTD said the delivery driver told them my address didn't exist, there was no one home to accept delivery, and that I was called to reachedule. I confirmed the address, people were home all day, and my phone never range. FTD said they'd reach out to the delivery driver, but I never heard back.

The plant basket is beautiful. I just wish there would have been some more instructions on how to take care of the plants. Otherwise everything was great
