It's not even 48 hours and all roses have died.

These were nothing like the picture of pale pink/blush bouquet I ordered.

Recipient never received flowers. Didn't arrive before 2 as was the arrangement and paid extra to make sure they were there before recipient left her position. Flowers arrived AFTER the doctors office closed and were left at the front door because that place was closed. Mai from Avas flowers said that a photo was sent when they were delivered showing they were sitting on the ground by the closed front door. The intended recipient was gone, last day on the job. Will never use this stove again.

I was so excited to get my roses for my 5th wedding anniversary and I was so hurt that my order was missing some of my roses and my husband and I were so upset about it !! Ruined our day . And the customer service was awful and didn't even care enough about the service!! Never will order again!!!

Ordered flowers for my wife. It was our anniversary. Was not what I expected. Did not even come close to the picture that I seen. The arrangement was called “Steal the Show”. The only stealing was my money for what I paid for that. Very disappointed!

I originally ordered a flowering PLANT for my mother's 99th birthday. I also chose the balloon option. I was notified the day before delivery that I would be given a substitution of equal or greater value. When it was delivered it was a bouquet of flowers. I specifically wanted my mother to have a PLANT as she needs something to take care of and nurture at this point in her life. Some of the flower leaves were torn and the flowers generally had an old looking appearance. Not to mention the colors did not go well together. The picture must be photo shopped. And the balloon color looked like it was more for a man. Not pretty at all. This was certainly not of equal to greater value in my opinion! It was ugly! I was disappointed and disgusted that my mother received such a thing! I will never again order from you!!! Lesson learned. Nancy Rayburn

Hello, I sent these flowers to a co-worker, I had to use my phone number because I did not know hers. Is there anyway you can tell me the day they were delivered, please. I can't rate them since I have not seen them, sorry

The flowers upon delivery were beautiful but the roses are limp and wilted after only two days. I know flowers arrangements are expensive and should last more than two days so I hope you can remedy this issue. These flowers were a birthday gift from my Son and I don't want him to feel bad that the roses only lasted a couple days.

We've not gotten anything from you before but, I do have to say this. No matter how nice the flowers…YOU CANNOT LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE ON THE DAMN PORCH THIS TIME OF YEAR! THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

The flowers looked nothing like the picture that was originally sent to me. They didn't "grow" either they looked awful. Also they were supposed to be delivered by 12 the day of my birthday and when I got home they left a note saying "we missed you and to call back to reschedule" how do you leave that on someone's door who didn't even order the flowers? They were a gift for my birthday and now I get to call and reschedule I've never seen or heard of that before. When i called the next day I didn't get an answer and then someone showed up at my door randomly with them.

Flowers are already dying

When delivered the flowers were only protected from severe cold by plastic, they were cold, very little water in them and severely wilted. Very disappointed!!!

This photo included is interesting because I never even received the floral arrangement my daughters purchased for my milestone birthday. You claimed to have attempted delivery, yet there are no missed calls nor nothing attempted to leave it with a neighbor. The audacity in asking me to leave a review is nothing short of astoundingly asinine. We will make it known to not use your services in the future, sadly.

The flowers looked ‘dead' on arrival. The roses are okay, but everything else looked ‘spent'. Disappointing to say the least

Didn't deliver my order and didn't bother to leave a voicemail or even call me to inform me of the same. Wish I could give zero stars.

I appreciate that you provide this method for feedback. My flowers were frozen when I discovered them at my front door at 3pm Saturday 1/13. They had been delivered sometime Friday afternoon 1/12 and unfortunately sat outside in a severe winter storm for over 24 hours. I had left my house at noon on 1/12. The picture is beautiful but not what I experienced.

The flowers weren't received. I don't know if they delivered to the wrong place but I didn't get them
