It was the day of the storm. As the preparer, you should have package them more appropriately. It came with no covering so once delivered, it sat on the porch (top open) nothing protecting the top of the flowers, allowing for all of the snow to be dumped on it. I have pictures. They were a disaster. I don't even know how they were suppose to look but it definitely did not look like the picture above. As a consumer, you have to consider all seasons and be able to adapt with your preparation packaging. It was a total waste of money.

I ordered these flowers in a size large and this looks like a small. I am not pleased with this arrangement.

Arrangement did not have the flowers shown in the picture instead I paid $80.00 for a bunch of carnations. I will not be ordering from you again and will return to 800-flowers.

This is 90 dollars worth of flowers?

Not even close to what I ordered.. both arrangement inadequate cheap looking & embarassed they even delivered both to two different locations..

It is not what was ordered. A deluxe arrangement was ordered and this has a total of 6 carnations. Would not recommend this florist.

This arrangement was nothing like I ordered from the online picture for my mother in laws 94th birthday. Total embarrassment. This is not worth $80. I could have picked up the same thing from the grocery store for $25.00. I will never order from here again.

I ordered this through Teleflora online and paid extra for the “deluxe” version. This arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. There are no flowers or apples, cheap looking ribbon and it's supposed to have a thick red candle appropriately sized to the hurricane (not a thin taper sticking out of the top). I understand that sometimes you have to make substitutions on things but this really is not near what I ordered. Teleflora has refunded me on this.

Flower quality very poor and damaged

I have been out of town…the flowers were delivered without trying for any contact.I return today they are likely dead. In the past I have been contacted before delivery not sure why not this time.

Flowers were very beautiful but they began dying by the second day and by the third day after receiving them, they were all dead, droopy, and wilted. Very very disappointing!!

During my recuperation period I received 2 arrangements from Guzzardo's. Both of them were less than desirable. The first was roses and sunflowers in a ceramic pumpkin. The pumpkin had a chip out of the lid that was visible. The sunflowers were somewhat limp when delivered. With in 2 days I removed the sunflowers. They were dead. The second was baby's breath, alstroemerias and star gazer lilies that were not in bloom yet The baby's breath appeared to be 2 weeks old. They were dried up and looked wretched. They were white in color. Not purple as showed in picture. There were NO carnations OR roses. I was very disappointed with both of the arrangements I received from Guzzardo's. I decided not to tell the people who ordered. They would be outraged. I trust this information will be given to the owners of the floral shop. Christine Corona

This is unacceptable , some of the flowers look droopy and is NOT reflective of what was picked on website. This is the person who ORDERED the flowers, not the recipient

The flowers were disappointing. They did not last for even four days!!! You sure don't get much for $127 these days.

Hello, I do like this service of seeing what is sent. I'd give this service 4 stars. Actually it would be a great service to show the customer what will be sent so we can approve it or not. Which I would have said not to send these! I am quite disappointed in this arrangement as it is not what I ordered. I selected the Mini Vase of Gerber Daisy Flowers specifically for 3 reasons: 1. the mini vase, 2. the color contrast of the orange with pink daisies, and 3. how the daisies display in a short vase. The tall vase and white daisies changed the entire feel and my reason for the selection for my girlfriend.

Not even close to what was advertised on line. Very disappointing

That looks nothing like what I ordered

Terrible the picture it was ordered from had white roses and lavender. This has pink roses and white carnations. We ordered lovely lavender melody from your site this is nothing like the picture. Extremely disappointing
