Let me start with the flowers were beautiful, thank you! That being said a few things bothered me. I was sent a picture of my flowers at 6:15 in the morning. They were not delivered until after 6:00 that night. The weather had been bad and the delivery was out of town a ways but still seemed like a delay of a quite a lot. I do understand given the weather. I have been ordering my granddaughter a rose on her birthday every year for ten years. I order from Expressions in Bloom every year. In the ten years there has been a BIG difference from year to year in what she receives. Each year I ask for a single rose with filler. This was the first time I was asked if I wanted more than that as I was paying a minimum order fee and a single rose did not come to that. Thank you to whomever upgraded me and gave me something worth the amount I paid. I always thought it cost that much for just the single rose, which seemed costly but I live out of town. One year was a huge disappointment when all she got was a single rose wrapped in tissue paper. I was cheated that year and did call them. Be very clear and ask questions when ordering. Again, thank you to the person taking my order this year!

The flowers were beautiful, delivered in a timely manner to the funeral home, and I appreciate receiving a photo of the bouquet. However, they were a completely different color scheme and vase than what I had selected and ordered from their website. 🫤

A great choice of colors and flowers. Always great to order on phone and talk with Twyla and her wonderful sidekick ( forget her name) the funny, cute, little, Asian gal 😂. Also, expensive but worth every flower 👍. Thanks

Love the purple& white plant and the white&green plant unfolding in the back like a butterfly. The balloon is perfect. Only suggestion for next time I order woul be a medium greyish colored bowl & maybe a tiny viola at front of bowl. I think my Mom will be surprised& delighted! Thank You.

Colors and flower pics were nice. A little baby's breath for filler would have been nice, but overall pleased with the order.

Please add our last name (Larson) to the signature on the card. I was expecting a little more volume for the price but this is nice. Thx

I would have liked to see the order before delivery, as I find it a bit “thin” and will quickly call to try to add more flowers before delivery. Appreciate the photo!

It look looks lovely but it seems a little unbalanced? Or is it just me? One side a few different types a plants filling in the basket, and then there is just one bigger size plant all by itself. I love the types of plants you used.
