Flowers look pretty- I'm just not sure if the Tri-delta sorority ribbon colors were included. I don't see them in the photo. If so, I'd be happy to bump up my rating to 5 star for sure.

Did not look like the picture based upon the flower colors. The website picture included red and orange flowers, but the actual arrangement appeared to not have these. However, the recipient loves pink and purple, so I believe it worked out well.

The photo you sent was not an accurate picture of the arrangement I saw at the memorial service. When I saw the photo you sent in the a.m. before the service, I was upset because the colors weren't what I thought they would be at all. Was very relieve

I understand, the photos are shot with a small ipod, and colors aren't perfectly translated on web pages or emails - but very happy you liked it!

I bought the flowers locally because I figured that they would be fresher but the tips of almost all of the tips of the pedals were browning. Flowers that my daughter bought through the internet from Proflowers were fresher And have lasted longer.

The brown edges are probably the guard petals that are often removed before you ever see them. The flowers are so fresh that the lilies are not even opened yet, so I'm quite confident that it was not a freshness issue. But thanks for letting us know

Our order merely said to do a pastel bouquet for you. Perhaps we were not thinking the same thing. I just spoke with the designer that made this bouquet. She used hydrangea blossoms, soft peach gladiola, soft yellow gerbera daisies, soft pink roses and other pastel flowers. I'm sorry if we didn't get exactly what you were envisioning. As the gladiolas open up more, I think you will see larger blossoms. Thanks for letting us know your thoughts. Have a great day!

Thank you for the picture. I do love hydrangeas, but I feel it takes away from the other flowers by how large it is compared to the others. It could also just be the way the picture is taken too. I do appreciate the picture. Thank you!

Thanks ES, but they will - the lilies haven't yet opened fully, and they will indeed dominate the bouquet when they open, as well as smelling wonderful!
You're seeing them in partial bud form - we use them often like this, as they last a quite long time!

It did turn out really pretty. Thanks for understanding that we needed to sub the lighter roses. During this season of Covid, we can't always have the variety that we are all used to.

I am sorry that you were disappointed. Looking at this picture, I can see why you may think that. The blue delphinium is very hard to see against the black background. We have to substitute items when needed, and I did sub spray roses for the the larger, and a star gazer lily for the asiatic. The blue vase was actually the same style, but just had etching on it. Since I personally knew who the bouquet was going to, I chose that because I knew she would like it as an added touch. I did receive a text from her telling me how much the bouquet was appreciated and how beautiful it was
