Most important is the staff is helpful and lovely people. My favorite florist from California New York Virginia to here. And I worked at a florist on Long Island! I find you don't The selection of flowers that Kingdom flower holds. Everything I've asked for they've had Sterling Roses, Calla Lilies,Ginger, birds of paradise etc etc favorite florist I've ever had

The arrangement looks nice, I had asked for some Astor lilies and would think for $125 There would be more white roses, I had asked for that to be the predominant color. Sending a preview photo is a great idea

It is best to take my feedback but not publish it. You asked for honest feedback. I do like seeing the bouquet. The young woman who took the order was kind. I asked for a small fragrant healing bouquet for someone who just had heart surgery. I would have preferred just fragrant flowers and not so much contrast, in the red roses and white others. A blue rose? I didn't know there were such things! More peace and harmony. a gentler smaller bouquet that was very soothing to the eye and healing to the heart.

I felt the price I paid was not the size for the plant. The plant was really small and seem like the flowers did not fit in the vase. Overpriced. I should have gotten the next size for that price. Flower was pretty.
