I've been ordering several arrangements every year for quite a number of years. I pay a lot so I expect a flawless order and delivery. After Thanksgiving arrangement and this Easters arrangement, im done using your florist. You literally sent me a Pic of the order with an already dead tulip with dropped petals. This is not service at the prices you charge. I should never have to pick up the phone with a problem with the order, and its been nothing but problems the last 3 orders. You've lost a customer

Flower Kingdom used to be the gold standard. I'm sorry to say that is not the case anymore. The arrangement pictured was not the one delivered. It was redone and still was terrible and I was embarrassed having to apologize to the recipient. I will not go back to Flower Kingdom.

Hi, I'm a bit disappointed because the arrangement I received looks much smaller than the one shown on your website. The photo online shows a full peony bouquet, but the one delivered has fewer flowers and a lot more greenery. Could you please help me with a partial refund or replacement?

Did not give what I asked for. I asked for black satin and white paper. You gave me black with writing on it andflowered white with burlap around the bottom. I told you it's for a fashion show and is it look like it's for a country house

The Flower Arrangemnt was fantastic and loved all the different colors I asked for . Also the little bear was nice touch !Since this was the first time i have used Flower Kingdom I did not like pre photo as at that time I was not sure I was going to get it but inthe future it would be a good idea.I would have given 5 stars but it did not let me!

I will never order again!! The flower arrangement was a complete mess. The leaves were almost dead and changing colors, the red roses were limited and the white bag containing the bear was wrinkled, like it was old and reused. My fiancé was extremely disappointed in the quality and presentation of her arrangement.

The arrangement looked a little less than ideal. It looked like it had been the fridge for some time. Did not look like the arrangement in the pic, and in 3 days the flowers were withering. It was for my GF birthday. I wouldn't buy this arrangement again.

The succulent doesn't match how it was advertised. It looks like it's near the end of life. I didn't expect that. I thought the bouquet would look more put together and less scattered. Ordering online isn't always the best option cuz you don't know what you will actually receive. At least the thought is still there even if the execution isn't.
