Looks sad and droopy!

Where are the balloons?

The 2 for $14.99 roses at Publix lasted 3x longer than your $125 piece. We watered it every day, it did not last a week.Never again.

Beautiful 5 star rating!

It looks tacky and dull. Cheap ribbons and definitely not worth the price. I asked for not so many greens. The roses look like they were brought back from the dead. I was specific about a nice vase, not a bowl vase from Walmart that everyone throws away. Terribly disappointed.

I asked for no lilies More spring flowers like daisies garden roses. And such. Too many snap dragons. Doesn't look like anyone cared.

Most flowers Died within 4-5 days.

Not what I expected, waste of money and never again

I asked for white and purple like the LOVELY LUXE BOUQUET on your site. This looks nothing like that.

This flower looks nothing like the one I picked out on the website. I'm highly disappointed.

I liked getting a photo since I am out of state. They look good, but I thought the arrangement would have been a bit bigger for the cost. I did like the ease of purchase and that they were delivered on time.

Order kept getting delayed while Waited for a new order of peonies to come. Was sent a terrible photo called and complained and this is the best of the bunch? How sad!! I use you frequently and this is quite disappointing

Sorry to say…the flowers arrived in terrible condition…they were limp, loosing petals! Not your usual beautiful arrangement! Very disappointed.

Hello. The arrangement of the flowers okay. The flowers appeared to be dry and not healthy looking. I wasn't happy with the arrangement of the flowers.

Your photo shows an unidentifiable background

The rock garden arrangement I pick on your website looks nothing like the arrangement you are sending and that I paid for.

I've been ordering several arrangements every year for quite a number of years. I pay a lot so I expect a flawless order and delivery. After Thanksgiving arrangement and this Easters arrangement, im done using your florist. You literally sent me a Pic of the order with an already dead tulip with dropped petals. This is not service at the prices you charge. I should never have to pick up the phone with a problem with the order, and its been nothing but problems the last 3 orders. You've lost a customer

The flowers are already dead after 2 days. Very upset and will be looking for a new flower shop unless this is fixed.

Flower Kingdom used to be the gold standard. I'm sorry to say that is not the case anymore. The arrangement pictured was not the one delivered. It was redone and still was terrible and I was embarrassed having to apologize to the recipient. I will not go back to Flower Kingdom.
