Hi, I'm a bit disappointed because the arrangement I received looks much smaller than the one shown on your website. The photo online shows a full peony bouquet, but the one delivered has fewer flowers and a lot more greenery. Could you please help me with a partial refund or replacement?

Did not give what I asked for. I asked for black satin and white paper. You gave me black with writing on it andflowered white with burlap around the bottom. I told you it's for a fashion show and is it look like it's for a country house

Not at all like the photo online. Highly disappointed for the amount I payed for the bouquet!! I would like a call back.

The Flower Arrangemnt was fantastic and loved all the different colors I asked for . Also the little bear was nice touch !Since this was the first time i have used Flower Kingdom I did not like pre photo as at that time I was not sure I was going to get it but inthe future it would be a good idea.I would have given 5 stars but it did not let me!

I will never order again!! The flower arrangement was a complete mess. The leaves were almost dead and changing colors, the red roses were limited and the white bag containing the bear was wrinkled, like it was old and reused. My fiancé was extremely disappointed in the quality and presentation of her arrangement.

Not what I requested. It should have had mostly DAISIS ! and some light colored peonies and tulips.

They are suppose to be purple not pink…just green leafs with roses that I could have purchased at Publix…

The arrangement looked a little less than ideal. It looked like it had been the fridge for some time. Did not look like the arrangement in the pic, and in 3 days the flowers were withering. It was for my GF birthday. I wouldn't buy this arrangement again.

The succulent doesn't match how it was advertised. It looks like it's near the end of life. I didn't expect that. I thought the bouquet would look more put together and less scattered. Ordering online isn't always the best option cuz you don't know what you will actually receive. At least the thought is still there even if the execution isn't.

This is not the same arrangement that I ordered. The preview picture is completely different.

Love getting the photo. To be honest the arrangement looks like a child put it together. Looks nothing like the website, as if it was just thrown together with no care. Would not use again. And why does the arrangement on the right of the photo you sent me does resemble the website photo. Very shady.

Absolutely not!!! I am constantly sent flowers from you. This was terrible. I was a florist for Roses only in NYC. Worked for Renny in NYC. The tulips were opened as well as the roses. Looked like they were a week old. What kills me is you took the orchids and shoved them in the middle of the arrangement where they were not visible. It makes me sad and disappointed that you acted sent this!

The flowers that were sent to the funeral home were not worth what I paid. I am very disappointed in how they turned out, especially considering this was for my sister's funeral. The arrangement does not reflect what I expected or what I paid for, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

It does not look at all like the one in the store that I wanted.It is not stunning. There are not many blooms, the glass cylinder looks ordinary. I'm very disappointed

No.. i asked specifically for lilies first.. do not see one open nor are there Any greens…..i ask for a touch of purple and There are 4 sprigs of statis…looks to packed in
