The flowers wilted in one day. The arrangement was pretty but the flowers didn't last

Absolutely not!!! I am constantly sent flowers from you. This was terrible. I was a florist for Roses only in NYC. Worked for Renny in NYC. The tulips were opened as well as the roses. Looked like they were a week old. What kills me is you took the orchids and shoved them in the middle of the arrangement where they were not visible. It makes me sad and disappointed that you acted sent this!

The flowers that were sent to the funeral home were not worth what I paid. I am very disappointed in how they turned out, especially considering this was for my sister's funeral. The arrangement does not reflect what I expected or what I paid for, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

It does not look at all like the one in the store that I wanted.It is not stunning. There are not many blooms, the glass cylinder looks ordinary. I'm very disappointed

No.. i asked specifically for lilies first.. do not see one open nor are there Any greens…..i ask for a touch of purple and There are 4 sprigs of statis…looks to packed in

Hi, this is not what we discussed. I expected bright pink peonies, bright blue hydrangeas and blue delphinium. This is for a 50th birthday and needs to be perfect. It's too saturated with white. Please remake or if easier, I'll pick something from your website. Thank you.

That's not what I ordered

This doesn't look like anything like what I ordered!

I have been a long time customer. This bouquet looked really cheap. The white hydrangeas were spray painting giving a very cheap look. It was a difficult mother's day and this didn't help.

I'm honestly not sure why this was $100, I was expecting more. I have ordered from you before but I have never been disappointed in what was sent.

Could you please remove the hot pink flowers. As noted earlier, she really doesn't like hot pink. Can you please either do light blue hydrangeas or light, pink roses or white roses or light, pink peonies or anything that isn't a carnation or the color hot pink.

It's beautiful but not what I ordered. I sent a picture of a very small tight bouquet to copy.

This looks nothing like what I ordered

It's a pretty arrangement and I appreciate the picture but it's not at all the same arrangement I ordered. The hot pink roses are tacky. My mother will hate the hot pink and now I'll have to explain I didn't order hot pink. The arrangement I ordered was all pastel and I even upgraded to the premium version. Not sure why you decided to change the colors. Disappointed. This is going to cause Motger's Day drama, which I did NOT need.

Unfortunately, the bouquet looked nothing like the photo. I was very disappointed. However, Alex was very sweet and friendly on the phone when I put in the order. I am giving you a star for her.

Those really are terrible. I'm sorry. Three of the only six tulips I see are already turning brown and there's dead grass hanging off the bottom. Not what I want to send to my dad for Easter. Do you have anything better? If not, I'll take a refund. Thank you

I paid extra for more flowers than what is shown on the website. There are fewer flowers than that. A very poor job and I feel cheated. Very disappointed.

Not as good as usual. 1. We requested no Lillies but received plenty of them 2. The second delivery to our house was sent to our prior address
