Thank you for sending a picture. I know I asked for all blue hydrangeas. I asked that it convey a sea of blue. Perhaps a blue ribbon would have helped to hide the stems. The unevenness of them is distracting. The message was attached where? Thank you for delivering in a timely manner.

it really was just ok . The last time I got these they were beautiful and looked fresh ,

Would prefer one flower to be in bloom

Thank you for the opportunity to see the bouquet. What a great feature for buyers. Not pleased with the way the arrangement looks. Possibly a bit more greenery could have been added or maybe it's just the angle the photo was taken. So different than flower photo online. Thank you for being able to deliver these today. Flowers were delivered and beautiful! The green succulent was missing however and my friend who received the message said it looked like a stem was broken. I have a picture she sent me of the bouquet she received and it looks exactly like this picture minus the succulent. The succulent was part of why I chose this bouquet. Disappointed.

Looks a little droopy

This arrangement is pretty , but doesn't look as full as what I ordered for the price . There seem to be a lot less flowers . I do like that a picture was sent so I could see the arrangement.

No I'm not really happy with that. I said no butterflies. The bow looks very dinky and maybe would be better with nothing. I feel like for that price it should look a lot better.

The flowers were beautiful. The only thing is the stand was not delivered with the pot so the delivery was not as smooth as I had hoped. I picked the arrangement based on color and also the pottery with the stand and it was missing at the delivery. The picture they sent of the arrangement before delivery was accurate but it wasn't what was actually delivered.

There is no reason for the card to my wife on Valentines Day to have read “Love, Mark” It was not the first time I have ordered flowers from you and my name - Mike - should have been correct on the card. Also the correct spelling on the last name is Franzino - with a Z not a C

I ordered Bright Blooms bouquet from your website. You delivered something different. I thought by using something local there would be less chance of this happening. I could of used FTD and got the same. I was a bit disappointed.

Not the pretty shade of yellow I got the last time!

Beautiful arrangement, but I had requested no pink flowers . Disappointed so many pink .

I don't like the carnations

The picture that I ordered showed a vase! I also thought that the order was a dozen roses.

This does not look quite as pretty as the photo on your website. I'm a bit disappointed in the final product, but thank you for sending the photo.

I appreciate getting a photo of the arrangement. While the flowers were fresh, I was disappointed with the crabby-looking decorations that were used. They may be alright for a beachy arrangement, but I didn't like for Christmas. To me, this arrangement looked like you used leftover decorations. I do not feel it up to your usual high standards.
