Sadly, I find it a bit underwhelming. Using twigs for the central element makes it look kind of scrawny in my opinion I'm glad I got to see it. But I am disappointed. I hope the recipient is touched by the sentiment it was meant to convey

Your customer service I would rate as a five, as you sent me a picture as I requested. But the photo of the flowers that were sent for the funeral does not represent the photo that I ordered.

I used to be a florist and for $200 expected a fuller arrangement with more roses

Not the vase as pictured and ordered. That was 40% of the reason I ordered this arrangement. Thank you for adding pretty peonies. A lot of money for a standard vase.

Beautiful but expected more flowers

I don't like to give negative feedback but since you asked…the Herbert's daisies, hydrangeas, and dark pink roses were wilting within hours. I saved the daisies by cutting them short and putting them in a small vase. The roses and hydrangeas would not revive. The peonies were wilting by Satuday. I think it was too tight in the vase and maybe got too hot en route. The peachy roses, snap dragons, tulips and tall fuzzy purple things are happy though

Is this really it? Some of these colors feel off.

The order is not what I wanted. My mom said there is not a single rose in the arrangement and I paid for the upgraded order. I'm very disappointed. You usually do beautiful work but not this time

The flowers you use are pretty, though I didn't think you'd be using daisies. I also think I would have preferred pastels or more muted colors instead of vibrant ones for Mother's Day.

This flower arrangement was better than my second order. I have ordered from this site before and have been pleased with the flowers. Please stay consistent.

Thank you for sending a picture. I know I asked for all blue hydrangeas. I asked that it convey a sea of blue. Perhaps a blue ribbon would have helped to hide the stems. The unevenness of them is distracting. The message was attached where? Thank you for delivering in a timely manner.

Possibly a bit more greenery could have been added or maybe it's just the angle the photo was taken. So different than flower photo online. Thank you for being able to deliver these today. Flowers were delivered and beautiful! The green succulent was missing however and my friend who received the message said it looked like a stem was broken. I have a picture she sent me of the bouquet she received and it looks exactly like this picture minus the succulent. The succulent was part of why I chose this bouquet. Disappointed.

Looks a little droopy

This arrangement is pretty , but doesn't look as full as what I ordered for the price . There seem to be a lot less flowers . I do like that a picture was sent so I could see the arrangement.
