While this is pretty…my direction was purples, whites and orchids….this does not follow that request.

I hope the flowers opened up more because I feel it's somewhat sparse for the price, especially when compared to the last ones you did. I do like getting a photo.

By third day many of the flowers especially the roses were dead. This happened with the arrangement for Mother's Day as well. Had never happened in the past and I have been ordering since the store opened

It is beautiful, as always, but smaller than I anticipated given the $99.00 price tag (not counting delivery and tax).

Sadly, I find it a bit underwhelming. Using twigs for the central element makes it look kind of scrawny in my opinion I'm glad I got to see it. But I am disappointed. I hope the recipient is touched by the sentiment it was meant to convey

Your customer service I would rate as a five, as you sent me a picture as I requested. But the photo of the flowers that were sent for the funeral does not represent the photo that I ordered.

I used to be a florist and for $200 expected a fuller arrangement with more roses

Not the vase as pictured and ordered. That was 40% of the reason I ordered this arrangement. Thank you for adding pretty peonies. A lot of money for a standard vase.

Beautiful but expected more flowers

I don't like to give negative feedback but since you asked…the Herbert's daisies, hydrangeas, and dark pink roses were wilting within hours. I saved the daisies by cutting them short and putting them in a small vase. The roses and hydrangeas would not revive. The peonies were wilting by Satuday. I think it was too tight in the vase and maybe got too hot en route. The peachy roses, snap dragons, tulips and tall fuzzy purple things are happy though

Is this really it? Some of these colors feel off.

The order is not what I wanted. My mom said there is not a single rose in the arrangement and I paid for the upgraded order. I'm very disappointed. You usually do beautiful work but not this time

The flowers you use are pretty, though I didn't think you'd be using daisies. I also think I would have preferred pastels or more muted colors instead of vibrant ones for Mother's Day.
