I loved the roses snd calla lillies, but none of the Asiatic lillies were open. One finally opened today! I would have preferred that they were all opened st the time of delivery. .

First, I would like to commend you on your Service - everything from my initial phone conversation, to your e-mail receipt & delivery updates were Excellent. My sister (the recipient) did send a photo, & I was a bit disappointed to see that it is a Very Dark, Flat Purple with no variation of hues, etc. - very unlike the above photo of color I had anticipated. Thank You.

Beautiful but expensive

Hi, I'm a long-time customer and always love your arrangements over the years. This year the arrangement was nice but didn't 'wow' as much as I was hoping for. The taller maroon-colored plants seemed to take over more so than the pretty flowers themselves, especially for the most expensive bouquet yet that I had purchased ($249.00). I know I saw online what I was buying but was hoping it would be much more 'lush' looking overall. It was nice but not the usual beautifully-full bouquet that I've bought in the past over the many years. Also, the 2 plastic signs that said Happy Valentine's Day in your website photo were missing. I was hoping for those to add to everything, as shown in the picture I saw online before purchase. I'll continue to use Flower Kingdom of course but was just a little disappointed in the lack of 'Wow factor' in this particular Valentine's bouquet. You guys always to a great job so keep up the great work, thanks! -Brian Lutz

Lovely - probably would have included a few more red roses since it is a Valentine's arrangement.
